1. A banker(i am talking about pos, not clerical) has no life, no personal life.. I mean to say no gym, no health, no extra time for any type of preparation or any other activities, no family life, no love life..2. Town area posting ya big branch ho, tou kaam kam hai, (kaam zyada hai, but staff sufficiently adequate hote hain tou kaam bataa hua rehta hai aor jaldi khatm hota hai) semi urban aor rural mein zyada kaam hota hai coz staff kam hote hain tou un par poora pressure hota hai.3. Super target pressure, because banking is pure business nothing else4. PO mein join kiye aor agar promotion le li phir tou mar gaye bhaiyaa5. Holidays apke bache huay hounge phir bhi manager sanction karega ya nai depends on him, he can say abhi zyada kaam hai, you cant go anywhere6. Saturday aor Sunday bhi jaana parta hai, kabhi kabhi aisa hoga ke apko nahi jaana padey7. 2types of works..advances and daily operational Agar advances ka kaam diya gayaa tou all loans will be your risks only8. Raat ko 10 bajaa 11 bajaa no one is gonna listen to that, coz BM has all the administrative power for the branch and BM ki life is worse than hell when target pressure is concerned10. Town postings mein you can enjoy some entertainments but rural ya semiurban ke naam per rural posting mila tou phir lo kar lo baat11. Clerks jab 5 baje branch se niklenge tou unka bachaa hua kaam (usi din ka) pos ko karna padta hai, coz none can pressurize clerical staff for late seating12. 3 things that can be considered positive for a bank PO (1) On time salary, no delay (2) Quick promotions (3) Kaam karo so jaao kaam karo so jaao aik typical GHARELU CHACHA bann paaoge tou bank PO is not a bad job13. Yes, clerical mein salary thodi si kam hai, starting salary 21k+ hai, but trust me, sukoon ki zindagi jiyogey, no one can pressurize a clerk, and because TIME IS MONEY14. I have not seen the video completely yet . But this guy looks really impressed that he is a banker. Bcoz he is working in BOB, may be posted in a urban branch. But most of the employees in a bank are not happy with their life. Mainly due to govt policies and management pressures. And we hardly see any banker protesting against all these misdeeds. Recently few incidents have taken place. One in Bengal where a local MP was seen misbehaving a bank employee and in another case another bank employee were seen being beaten in a branch premise by some local people. You guys see??? No respect, no happiness, no peace of mind for a bank employee... Choose your carrier wisely.. life is too short to waste in stress..
Sir I have cracked IBPS PO - 6 and am about to join a nationalized bank as a PO but certain speculations are hitting my mind everyday and bugging me a lot because of the media or the newspaper . Facts like is it a possibility that this Government will privatize all the nationalized banks ? Then in that case there will be no meaning in being a Banking Aspirant or cracking These IBPS exams !!!! Is this banking industry in grave danger ????? After confirmation, a banker becomes a bonded slave of bank. Forget about his social life. You have to do only cross selling of insurance product otherwise u will be posted at difficult center.

Bankers Life is good if u are good at your choices for filling bank priority during online application like Punjab & Sind bank, indian overseas bank, oriental Bank of commerce.....if u have u shit mind then you will go for Bob, pnb etc. in your priority , choose wisely....that particular bank will decide your work life balance......

exactly, i was also once preparing for IBPS with lots of hopes. i used to look at arundhati bhattacharya as a role model but i resigned after 6 months not because i don't like banking but i don't like being taunted and harassed in front of public each and every time.
