My order shows an estimated delivery of 5/26 - 6/6 to the dealership on the tracker. But in talking to Matt he was able to tell me it’s been unloaded from the train and waiting to be loaded on the truck. One of the perks of dealing with Susquehanna Auto is you can just text Matt and he will get you the latest.

i feel the tracking system sucks, my 392 XR has been on order since July 26th 2022 , not a word, have called them a few times, very nice but useless, dealer called me and told me he saw a 1-29-23 build date. nothing on tracking. so if i am correct this will be a 8 month build...and its not even a 20th anniversary. very discouraging. love your show

Is there a way to see where it is (in the country) once its been shipped or does it sort of go out into the world and you just have to be patient until it arrives at the dealership? So can you see where it is between Toledo OH and your dealership once in shipping phase?
Have you found any way to track it once it has shipped? It seems that no one is using the Rubicon system any longer. My Jeep said it shipped on 10/19 but still havent received it and my dealership cant seem to track it anymore

So, my order for a 392 was confirmed on 1/3/22, and it’s still in D status....the very first step “Order Confirmed”. Why do you think that it’s taking so long for them to start building my vehicle? Are there reasons that they chose to start building others first? You mentioned a 392 order that was confirmed in February and is already being built. Why would mine be taking so long? Just asking to see if there are various reasons you know of that may be affecting my order. Thanks again, Matt!!
Ordered an most fully optioned 382 Sting Grey on 11/4. Per the site I leaned about from this video today, it was completed on 4/27 and has not shipped. It has an estimated delivery date of 6/15. How can a built vehicle take so long to get on a train?
@@richharris418 That’s a good question. I think I read somewhere that it has to do with getting enough vehicles shipping to the same general area. My memory could be wrong though.
Thanks Matt. Unfortunately for us Canadian Jeep customers, we can't use the app or even Jeep Chat. So I go in an bug my dealer each week (for the past 14 weeks so far). Even their tracking is only updated monthly. JEEP Canada SUCKS. I really wish it wasn't so.
When I ordered my jeep the dealer only gave me a receipt for the deposit. They never gave me any other paperwork, now did they email me any. Is this something I should be able to request from the dealer?
Demand a signed(by both parties) buyers order. This locks in your price and, if you are able, negotiated value of any trade in you may have for closing which will likely be months away.
@@cycler11 turns out that they didn't even order it correctly... it's still in D status so they are trying to talk to their fca rep and get the necessary changes made, the problem is that if they can't I cannot order another like it in a 2022 model due to the order banks being closed. If they can't I'm going to get my deposit back and order from Susquehanna.
@@AUSSIEGARAGE_YT Not to be a downer, but don't plan on a '22 then. Stellantis is not amendment friendly. Get your money back and get with Susquehanna to prep for the '23 order banks. Doesn't sound like a dealership you want to be dealing with anyway if they got the order wrong and failed to provide the buyers order.

I ordered my granite crystal Wrangler Rubicon extreme recon package on November 25, 2021 from a dealer in Southern California. The website says it should be delivered June 22, 2022. Seems like a long wait to me.

Hey Matt, I checked on the jeep JLU with the X Recon. The line is half way threw. And has a delivery by June 30th. I wonder if when the jeep gets to the dealership if I can buy it when it arrives. Since I canceled the order with them n got my money back?
This tracker is not accurate. The dealer has better up to date information. The dealer told me my Jeep was ready to actually transport a few days before the tracker said it was. In fact I checked everyday and continue to check. It took 7 days after I was told my Jeep was built by my dealer. I ordered on Dec 14,2021 and the Jeep was started in April, sent to body vendor April 22nd, and finally built June 1st. Dealer said it should arrive Jun 16th. Tracker shows TBD
