I have a few friends from karnataka.. most of my friends asked me how to prepare idly batter .. they don't know how to prepare idly batter they r using rice with semolina for making idly batter.. I taught them how to prepare idly batter.. some of those people are saying everything comes from udupi karnataka.. they told ulundu vada, athirasam, dosa, idly, sambar these dishes are from their place.. they take everything from here.. they couldnt tolerate anything from tn.. they argued, tulu is the 1st language, not tamil..
