80k for 10 years experience? Many fresh masters engineering graduates here are getting offers of 65 - 85k. This is why getting a job through job agencies is not always the best idea.

This argument in the US you go broke in case of health situation is no longer true for white collar jobs. People have solid employee funded health care, 401k, employee RSUs.
Bottom line is, German salaries are shit for white collar jobs. For blue collar jobs it’s a different story. German gov reducing salary limits for blue card/skilled immigrants only gonna make the situation worse.

I wouldn't say that's a general rule, but also if you get laid off, poof goes your employer healthcare.

Axel did well not to show his utter disappointment about the public pension and public health insurance in Germany. 😂😅

This Indian dude is such a scam. He says he has helped hundred’s of people and says that of the 6/8 employees got an average of 80k euros. We can forget the German pension. Furthermore finding a doctor in Germany to consult on non critical situations has a waiting time of 3/4 months. While in India it is much easier. This dude is most likely misleading lots of Indians while promising them a job in Germany

I would say, you still have to worry about the pension in germany. Who knows in 20-30 years, the pension would not be enough to cover your daily expenses. Therefore one should still save up and invest for retirement.

Agreed! The average pension from the German public pension was 1.369€/month last year (gross before taxes and health insurance).
The government pension will not be enough for most people to cover their living costs in retirement.

These guys who try to entice other Indians to come to Germany have absolutely no clue about the pension that they’d be getting after retirement 🤦🏼‍♀️……. but, it’s good that they don’t. We need someone to pay the taxes here, right?

Exactly. I rather have the money now than wait and rely on the pension later. But as everyone else working in Germany, we have no choice but to pay in the system.

If you want a quiet life with a good salary and you don't want to worry about life suprises like health or job problems, Germany is your country. If you are only looking for big money and you don't care if life treats you badly, try USA. If you are only seeking sun and don't care about jobs, health and money, try Spain, Italy, Greece...

What about yearly raise? Why companies are stuggeling to get people? What about they are stuggeling to keep the people who are working already? They really don't value the epmployees and then lots of people leave.

Dont forget the taxes! If you are not married and have kids, you will pay 50 % of this 80k just for tax and social insurances. If you work more in germany you will pay far more taxes! Its the perfect country for people who does not want to work. Just migrate to germany and enjoy the social benefits. You will not be disappointed! 🎉

Germany is attractive if you come from a countries like india, where you don’t have even toilets in some regions. We gonna see a huge salary decrease because of this.
