One time Matthews had a goal taken away by some goalie interference call and a min later went and scored again and pointed to the net to signal a good goal. That was cool
Kaner and Mathews going back and forth was one of my favorites. All time favorite is definitely the Patrick Kane hat trick series clinching “heart breaker” celly.
Kane's goal in game 6 of the 2015 Stanley Cup Final, putting the Hawks up 2-0 in the final minutes. When he scored and slid on one knee pointing at Brad Richards, and Brandon Saad for the assists!
@@bartholomewesperanza3442 and he'll sign with a division rival like Calgary and they'll end up beating the Oilers in the playoffs. Just like Radulov did to Nashville with Dallas last season.
Kane’s cellys are always great, in terms of great moments the heartbreaker cells against the kings is my favorite, but the back and forth with matthews was awesome.
2:56 I've seen the Patty Kane goal a few times, and everyone says Kane was the only one who knew, but if you watch the replay, Patrick Sharp saw it go in as well.
@@owenmartinez8406 Well, I didn't know that, but he started celebrating almost immediately afterwards while everyone else on the Blackhawks just kinda moved around confused.
Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if he still played for the Avs. Than I smile because he left the Avs to play playoff hockey. I wonder how that is going.. What a loser .
That I saw live: Antoine Roussel's game-tying hat trick against Tampa in Dallas, 2017. On TV, probably Roussel's penalty shot in Chicago in 2013. His angry intensity and the spark of a pesky, gritty, bruiser getting clutch goals elevated his celebrations.
Idk why I found this so funny but at the end seeing Atkinson explain his celly’s and he’s smiling then at the end goes yea that was pretty cool to be apart of with a straight face after smiling made me laugh
My favorite that I watched was Alec Martinez scoring the overtime winner for the Kings in the Cup Final against the Rangers, even though I'm an Oilers fan now, and I've always thought Hank deserves a cup.
The Patrick Kane phone booth knee slide thingy, Kovalev with the moonwalk, and Milan Hejduk "swimming" across the ice. Honorable mention goes to Niklas Hjalmarsson's non-celly celly when he scored the game-tying goal and then instead of celebrating, he just angrily threw his stick into the glass like it was a javelin.
I played baseball growing up, and in baseball, I detest excessive celebrations, although I will grant a “pass” for walk-off wins (particularly in extra innings and even more so in postseason). Hockey is a different beast, however. I still remember my first goal (playing on rollerblades nonetheless) and it was such a thrill! I love the passion of this sport!
max afinogenov ot winner vs the rags after drury tied it up with 8 seconds left in game 5 2007 .. both cellys are good, coincidentally its the last time i can really remember a moment worth of celebration for the sabres.
When Landeskog scored the game winner while very sick, he was so exhausted he collapsed. Locally, it turned into a meme called #Landeskoging with fans mimicking his celly
The best celebration was when the capitals were down by one in the 2018 playoffs against the Penguins and Ovechkin scored and slammed up against the glass and everyone in Pittsburgh gave him the middle finger
Teemu shooting his glove down is legendary
oh yeah! i cant believe this wasn't mentioned!

Kaner did the same thing lol
Yep WHERE IS IT beware of the lawsuits
REVENGE
I mean, Kane’s celly when he threw off his gloves after his goal to win the cup against the Flyers is just legendary.
And people don’t realize it was Kaner and Sharpie who saw the goal. Everyone says it was only Kaner who saw it go in.
almost as legendary as him robbing an innocent cab driver
@@lightlybatteredjustcrispy yeah a hockey player totally has the need to rob a taxi driver. Get real.
-Kane when he goes down on his knees
-Martinez’s jazz hands
-Matthews/Kane’s ear thing

Aye, 88th like
Pastrnak actually started the ear thing a couple years ago.
You mean matthews copying kane?
@@almaudo3 no it was kane coping matthews
Kane's shot through the heart had our bar singing that song for two straight weeks, we couldn't stop talking about it
Auston Matthews looks like a waiter at a fancy restaurant. "Tonight our special comes with a complimentary hat trick."
He needs to start serving up more hat tricks if that's going to be his day job!
Does he moon anyone?
Matthew Schwartz wtf
Yeah but they dont serve more than 1 round 🤣

Patrick Kane going down on one knee or PK Subban with the Arrow are the best cellys in hockey
Matthews "Good goal" celly where he pointed to the net after having a goal called back earlier in the game was a beauty.
Kaner and Mathews going back and forth was one of my favorites. All time favorite is definitely the Patrick Kane hat trick series clinching “heart breaker” celly.
The best celly was Kane and Panarin’s no celly against Detroit where they just stared at each other and had no clue what to do
Then Kane punches Panarin and they started to celebrate
Answer: every single Patty Kane celly
Exactly
Just add “Playoffs” to it and you’ll be good to go.
lol
Yup. He’s got flair and the play to back it up. My favourite player and still funnest guy to watch
Yea
Patty Kane heartbreaker one will always be classic

Patrick Kane’s wrap around goal in his hatrick vs the Canucks in game 6 in 2009. Cleanest celly I’ve ever seen
“guys aren’t doing flashy celebrations in boston”
* cough* brad marchand *cough *
He doesn’t really celly
*cough* Jake DeBrusk *cough*
Brad did the McGregor like once. Debrusk’s isn’t even super wild compared to Panarin and others.
Marchand usually just points his finger to whoever assisted him and I feel like DeBrusk only does his “flashy” celly when playing at home.
lol
Not a chicago fan but the showtime goal and celly is pretty dope
When Marner scored that sick goal against the shark he did a cool little reverse spin while standing up that looked kinda clean
Fleury against the Oilers years back. When he scored against Fuhr. Love that one.
Kane's celly with Panarin where they just stared at each other for a couple seconds was really good too
“and he was the only guy in the world that knew that puck went in.” THAT KILLED ME IM STILL LAUGHING

The Giroux celebration when he slides the sword into the sheath or when he scored the winner in OT in the outdoor game against pens

I was thinking of Rous' penalty shot in Chicago as well. That was awesome. Also, Benn snapping his stick over his knee was pretty good.
I’m surprised nobody said Kuzy’s bird celly! I thought that one was pretty unique
Rasmus Dahlin has insanely good English for a really young Swedish kid
Most Swedes, especially younger ones, speak fluent English. That goes for all of Scandinavia.
Well in Europe, specially Scandinavia and Baltics, people speak very good english, because we learn it in school
Yeah, in the nordic countryes we start learning english at 8 years old.
Because english is a very close relative to swedish.
Finnish fpr example is nothing like english and that's why swedes normally speak better english

My favourite cellies are Matthews’ good goal call & Silencing the crowd
Best celly by far is Kane’s OT winner to send CHI to the SCF against the kings and I’m a kings fan. Still gives me nightmares but it’s the best.
Jazz Hands is pretty damn good though.

Tiger Williams’ ”riding the stick” is the best celly ever

I think that patrick kane has the best celebrations because he has so many and you can make cool edits out of those
the group hand shake is amazing LOL
They seem to only mention ones they were in at 1:43.... Fleury did it first.
My favorite was when Mike Green scored the OT winner against the Rangers in the playoffs, I was at that game and the energy was INSANE
Mathew Barzal I remember that especially because I’m an Islanders fan that was a crazy game

Alec Martinez cup winner in 2014. The pure emotion when he throws his gloves off and almost falls on his face.
