Tragedy struck the FIFA Confederations Cup in 2003 with the passing of Cameroon No17 Marc-Vivien Foe. The midfielder was unable to be revived after collapsing in the semi-final against Colombia, with Cameroon competing in the final as a tribute to their colleague.

Just before I go to school while having breakfast, I turn on the tv to watch the game and suddenly the unthinking happened.
