Madam I have bp from 30 years I do daily brisk walking,and 1 month back bp raised to 200/100 so I was searching breathing exercises videos n found ur pranayam videos and really it worked for me and I started doing pranayam from 1 month and in 15 days it came to 140/80 thank you soooooo much for sharing this videos

4/16/8 formula of pranayama is provide an excellent results as per yogic science.....4sec Breath in, 16 sec Hold & 8 sec Breath out... Initially it's need more practice then we can slowly adapt....
