My ex blocked me but has kept one pathway of communication open. He is with his rebound I won’t be contacting him ever again. Initiating any form of contact has to come from the dumper not the dumpee.
There was a time where I wanted him back, wasn't too long ago, but I don't want to anymore, moved on now and if he would want to try again he would need to prove so much I doubt he would even have the slightest amount of energy to do so. We have a 15 month old child together. She rebounded. I was an alcoholic 3 out of our 4 years together. We both have our part to play. I've grown. Actually pulled a complete 180 and I did that for me and my child. Still want my family back together but at the moment she is super resentful and vindictive. Going thru a breakup (engagement). I didn’t cheat, no physical violence.. Did everything you could possible ask a man to do for a woman. Her family was extremely jealous of her and drove a wedge in between us. I was providing a future for the both of us.. I got frustrated and lost it. Tired of being put second and it ultimately led to the breakup. Friends and family told me she isn’t on my level. But I was focused on providing a future. I recently apologized for my behavior (horrible). Sent flowers and will leave it at that. My issues were communication. So I know I did the right thing, but I feel better that I apologized and am Ok if it is permanent. It feels good knowing what I asked for was free (communication/prioritize). So listening to these topics, makes me feel good and start to heal.

Hi, I've been watching a lot of your videos. They give me strength. My ex and I broke up on good terms. We are in an LDR although it wasn't always that way. We met while working abroad but then had to go back to our own countries. In the month before we broke up we argued... A lot! A lot of things went wrong for us in our circumstances and it seemed like every door was closed. So we decided to break up. It was his choice more than mine although I do feel we need to do it. But I'm holding onto hope for the future. He says he has to let me go and I said I understand and I wished him all the best and now I've gone NC. I am hopeful that as I pursue a better life for myself if/when we have contact again he will want to pursue the relationship once more and maybe we can make the changes we need to be able to be together.

When we were in the middle of breaking up and he moved out I know she just helped herself to going to his place so I thought she was a bit pushy. Anyway almost 2 years later I think they're together. I feel like I've waited too long coz I kept thinking in the back of my mind that we might get back together but I thought that I "shouldn't" think that so I ignored it but now that I found out he is with someone else it made me realize even more I want to talk to him again and see where it goes even if its just a friendship. He's not the out going type (very much the lone wolf) so I know he wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet many new single young women and in the pics with this girl he looks kind of terrible like he has aged 10 years in 2 years, his beard is unkempt and his clothes are baggy, when he was with me he took pride in the way he presented himself. The only pics on FB of them were of one lot she posted but he didn't interact on this post but all her friends and family were talking and asking questions (a couple of my family members said nice things too because they love him and she liked and commented on every comment except those) his FB still says he's in a relationship since 2011 which is our date that he never changed to single and our pics are still all over his FB ( he only changed his profile pic of us about a year ago). Anyway I'm just wondering what others perspective are?? Has he just "ended up" with her coz there was no one else and it was better then being alone?? Or am I reading into it too much and he's probably happy as?? Should I text him hello or leave it?

I was in a relationship with this guy who had some unresolved issues. He would randomly get rageful on certain small things which could easily be solved and talked about. But to avoid his bad side to come out I would not speak what I want to tell him to correct and do his part of the mishap. He has faught a lot about small issues which according to him were unbearable like if I worked a minute beyond his accepted time frame he would break up with me and go away. However he has broken up when I was having a really bad time experiencing mental and emotional stability and advised him to give me some space to get better to avoid any sour situation to which he again had broken up saying im getting distant and he can't bear that. Its been time after time that I have sat him down to resolve the unnecessary problems and we have got them through. But one day I felt I'm doing all the work when ever he is ruining the moments so I wanted him to do it once to make me feel secure that even he cared enough as much I did. So I broke up saying we have certain issues and it won't get solved the day I don't make them happen and then I left. I was dreadfully expecting him to atleast speak to me work them out but he busted the whole situation with making and saying disrespectful things when I asked him to allow me a certain details that were bothering me. Hey unknown_artist, "possessiveness" is a "lower-nature" trait. The reason it exists is probably because you are creating a story in your head or creating expectations for you and your ex. When reality doesn't match the story that you invested in, you become "possessive" as a way to control the situation so that your story comes out the way you expected it to. So the key here is to not be so invested in a story and only focus on what you can control to be as attractive as possible to your ex so that he might be inspired to make a little more effort :) - Coach Adrian

I was Motivated like a Rocket then i saw here in Week 5 of NC from then to week 7 i had focus problems anxiety and problems with sleeping now im back in motivation. Going thru a breakup (engagement). I didn’t cheat, no physical violence.. Did everything you could possible ask a man to do for a woman. Her family was extremely jealous of her and drove a wedge in between us. I was providing a future for the both of us.. I got frustrated and lost it. Tired of being put second and it ultimately led to the breakup. Friends and family told me she isn’t on my level. But I was focused on providing a future. I recently apologized for my behavior (horrible). Sent flowers and will leave it at that. My issues were communication. So I know I did the right thing, but I feel better that I apologized and am Ok if it is permanent. It feels good knowing what I asked for was free (communication/prioritize). So listening to these topics, makes me feel good and start to heal.

Hi, I've been watching a lot of your videos. They give me strength. My ex and I broke up on good terms. We are in an LDR although it wasn't always that way. We met while working abroad but then had to go back to our own countries. In the month before we broke up we argued... A lot! A lot of things went wrong for us in our circumstances and it seemed like every door was closed. So we decided to break up. It was his choice more than mine although I do feel we need to do it. But I'm holding onto hope for the future. He says he has to let me go and I said I understand and I wished him all the best and now I've gone NC. I am hopeful that as I pursue a better life for myself if/when we have contact again he will want to pursue the relationship once more and maybe we can make the changes we need to be able to be together.

My ex recently cut ties with me and its been a month. When we were in the middle of breaking up and he moved out I know she just helped herself to going to his place so I thought she was a bit pushy. Anyway almost 2 years later I think they're together. I feel like I've waited too long coz I kept thinking in the back of my mind that we might get back together but I thought that I "shouldn't" think that so I ignored it but now that I found out he is with someone else it made me realize even more I want to talk to him again and see where it goes even if its just a friendship. He's not the out going type (very much the lone wolf) so I know he wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet many new single young women and in the pics with this girl he looks kind of terrible like he has aged 10 years in 2 years, his beard is unkempt and his clothes are baggy, when he was with me he took pride in the way he presented himself. The only pics on FB of them were of one lot she posted but he didn't interact on this post but all her friends and family were talking and asking questions (a couple of my family members said nice things too because they love him and she liked and commented on every comment except those) his FB still says he's in a relationship since 2011 which is our date that he never changed to single and our pics are still all over his FB ( he only changed his profile pic of us about a year ago).
Anyway I'm just wondering what others perspective are?? Has he just "ended up" with her coz there was no one else and it was better then being alone?? Or am I reading into it too much and he's probably happy as?? Should I text him hello or leave it?

I was in a relationship with this guy who had some unresolved issues. He would randomly get rageful on certain small things which could easily be solved and talked about. But to avoid his bad side to come out I would not speak what I want to tell him to correct and do his part of the mishap. He has faught a lot about small issues which according to him were unbearable like if I worked a minute beyond his accepted time frame he would break up with me and go away. He has left me multiple times after disrespecting my character and never apologized when I've sat him down to talk about it. Claimed the whole scenario was my mistake to bring the bad side in him out. However he has broken up when I was having a really bad time experiencing mental and emotional stability and advised him to give me some space to get better to avoid any sour situation to which he again had broken up saying im getting distant and he can't bear that. Its been time after time that I have sat him down to resolve the unnecessary problems and we have got them through. But one day I felt I'm doing all the work when ever he is ruining the moments so I wanted him to do it once to make me feel secure that even he cared enough as much I did. So I broke up saying we have certain issues and it won't get solved the day I don't make them happen and then I left. I was dreadfully expecting him to atleast speak to me work them out but he busted the whole situation with making and saying disrespectful things when I asked him to allow me a certain details that were bothering me. Its been 3months im in pain and have begged him all this while to understand the reason for me breaking up was purely to see if you cared enough about me as much I did for you. Hey unknown_artist, "possessiveness" is a "lower-nature" trait. The reason it exists is probably because you are creating a story in your head or creating expectations for you and your ex. When reality doesn't match the story that you invested in, you become "possessive" as a way to control the situation so that your story comes out the way you expected it to. So the key here is to not be so invested in a story and only focus on what you can control to be as attractive as possible to your ex so that he might be inspired to make a little more effort :) - Coach Adrian

Fast forward he never called me back and I asked her if it’s worth doing this. She said “I’m a good guy but I can’t do long distance cause I lose feelings fast and I’m trying to move on” then she blocked me on everything. I had sent her stuff back with a letter saying “I still have feelings for you and will never forget the memories we made I wish you and your family the best if you ever want to talk you have my number. The relationship was never bad it was really good no fights and now I’m lost and don’t know what to do.
I know this is late but it’s been 2 and a half months now I know I am making great progress but I still have some feelings toward my ex. She hasn’t talked to me at all since we broke up and she won’t even show her face to events she used to go to all the time and I know she tries to avoid me. Should I just give up completely or should I try reaching out again.

I have outgrown them, till an extend they think I’m too good for them but I still want them. We saw eye to eye for a moment but I didn’t want my presence to be taken for granted. So I said some hurtful things to break the cycle or rut. Now we’re at an awkward stage because I hurt him. I know giving it time would be best but that’s the one thing I can’t afford. What can I do?

Me and my ex have went through multiple breakups over the last year. It all stemmed from my terrible mistakes of cheating an being an asshole. I changed though but nothing has been even close to the same since. Idk what to do. I know I can eventually get her back but idk how to make it permanent which is all I really want in life.
Let her go and be happy. You made decisions not mistakes. You chose to be selfish and act single now that's the bed you made. Lay in it. She deserves better, if you really love her, you'd agree.

Because then i would see here everyday. I was Motivated like a Rocket then i saw here in Week 5 of NC from then to week 7 i had focus problems anxiety and problems with sleeping now im back in motivation. And with the tough that she is so less in feelings thst she desides to come to that place. And look at it like there was never something between us. Especialy again After 2 months of NC there are other places to work. she didnt worked there for 4 years.
