Classy home. Impressive primary bath. The indoor/outdoor downstairs is great! Strange place for the dining room. Would rather they knocked down the wall between the downstairs bathroom and the bonus room and turned it into a second primary; it's tough to put an office next to the living room tv.

As for the dining room, I tend to agree with you there.....It makes sense functionally when you walk through but might feel disconnected when using it.
Honestly, my wife and I just enjoy touring multi-million dollar homes in the OC and LA. We've been in enough to see what makes certain places special and others failures. This house could have used an extra $20k spent on the upper deck as it had none of the warmth of the rest of the house.

Fair enough! I hate to sound cliche but it does look a lot better in person than on video...at any rate, not every home here even has a peek a boo so anytime you can get any blue, it's a win!
@LiveInNewportBeach all wood, nothing special not a lot of special marble to showcase. Can be blown by wind. Cabinets in the kitchen are not modular and customized, looks like it came from ikea.
@ most of us watching are simply just imagining(picturing) what we’d look like in these homes. If I could afford a home like this I could afford 3-7 cars and I have to make sure they fit 😂😂
