Hey friend! I’ve been thinking about getting a rice cooker. However, after my favorite chef did this review I am now convinced that this would be the perfect option to not only cook rice but do all the other things it does! Great presentation, as usual!

I think a pressure cooker makes better rice than a rice cooker and it does so much more! I find it to be a useful tool.
I'm so glad you found the video helpful. Thanks for watching!

I like the new model. It looks much slimmer than the original one. I may be looking into that once Black Friday hits for a better cost. I love that you cooked everything in one pot. Your food always turns out looking so scrumptious! I know your family must love everything you make. Thank you for the video.

Thank you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate it. I totally agree that waiting for Black Friday is the way to go. I bought mine on sale in July but I forget what sale it was. I paid $230 for it so it was a significant savings.
      Thanks for watching!

Girlfriend!! Once again, you have taught an ol gray haired granny new tricks! Thank you. You are the best teacher! That meal looked awesome. Never knew rice would cook under pressure for only 3 minutes! Then, you turned on broil!! Yezz...I'm hooked! I bought one about 3 weeks ago and been too "chicken" to try it. Thanks.

Hmmm, your presentation makes the new model very tempting to purchase. I do like the idea fact that it only has one lid to perform all the functions. Perhaps when my kids ask what I'd like for Christmas, I'll actually have some other response than just their happiness. By the way I was at the store looking at an assortment of Dutch ovens (I have a very large one but wanted one smaller). I used the information learned from your video and was able to purchase what I think is the best of the bunch - thank you.

Please consider posting the foodi for free on offerup or facebook marketplace instead. I posted a gently used swiffer for free on offerup and a couple picked it up. The wife was so grateful and emotional it was a humbling experience for me.

This looks like a pretty cool machine, however I am concerned with that coil on top. Does it get caked with food and debris from splashing etc. I’d like to see this machine again and say 3 to 6 months and see how that coil stands up before I would purchase it. Thank you so much for the review definitely tweaked my interest 😊

Been using mine 3 months now, I've got the 15-1 and the element stays remarkably clean.
The UK version has different settings for some strange reason? We don't have a 'Broil' setting?? Which makes following American tutorials somewhat tricky, but appreciated nonetheless👍

Why couldn't you pressure the chicken on the rack on top of the rice. Did you not receive a rack with it. It will get soggy if you cook the chicken down in the rice. I thought you'd be able to Crisp Chicken on top while the rice Cooks on the bottom. Separated with a rack.
