I went to Ross where they say you can "dress for less". I wanted to see if had gotten any better in the last few years. I was surprised!

I've alway have said that Ross is exactly like a Yard/ Garage sale. I don't shop there but my daughter loves to. Kinda surprised that you don't try on pants at the store . Always love watching you Lou ‼️
I usually go to Ross when I'm looking for a dress. Because they usually have more than Marshall's (whose dresses aren't that low priced) or TJ Max. I've gotten dresses for weddings, parties, New Year's Eve, dates.
I also like the food section because you can find things that might not be in your stores. Like Baci chocolates.

I haven't been in a Ross for over a decade. I don't think I've stepped into any brick and mortar store, besides the grocery and CVS, in a decade! I shop online now.

Ross is always a crapshoot. If you go during busy times it’s a mess too. Overall I prefer TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, and homegoods, but I will venture into Ross when I’m feeling up to it. 😂

I think it all depends on the location! I’m also in CO - it’s hit or miss (mostly miss). I enjoy Marshall’s and TJ Maxx more. 😁
I went to Ross 2 days ago to find clothing for my 50th birthday vacation. I had 18 things in my cart to try on(ugh) and walked out with 3 items lol
As a guy, I like Ross for clothes and belt shopping. Sure, it's at least one season old stuff, but getting designer brands at $3.99-$6.99 prices per item is a great deal. I've picked up nearly all of my work pants and work shirts there. The one thing I will say about Ross is that it's really hit-or-miss, mostly miss. Out of 10 times I go there, I might be able to find something 1-2 times. That's not really a great batting average. By comparison, if I go to Target or Kohl's, I'll spend more, but the odds of finding something might go up to 5-7 times out of 10. Better, but not perfect. This means spending wasteful time looking and leaving empty handed.
I've never shopped at Ross for home decor only because that section is almost always small and limited. I prefer Homegoods for home decor shopping as the store is much better stocked.
Now will have to go check for a Ross in Connecticut! We supposedly have a Steinmart here, but never found that..😜

We have a Ross here now. I went a few times, but wasn't really impressed. Right across the street we have Burlington and Marshall's, which I think are both better. I haven't been back to Ross since last year when I was hunting for Halloween stuff, so maybe I'll stop back in and see if it's gotten any better.

Ross... It's my cardio. Gets me off my butt and into an actual store where I can buy more stuff I don't really need, while driving home with buyers remorse. 😂 But, it's a good leg workout. Arms too.... when you have to dig through the hodgepodge of clothing hoping to find something good.
I go to Ross when I’m looking for workout wear and skirts. I rarely find skirts at TJMaxx.
Requesting a Target clothing try-on review...
I went into Ross one day last week and the shelves and racks were 1/2 empty! Once upon a time I did buy a lot of wall art for my home, but even that department had slim pickens! Very disappointed.
Michael and Ross always seem to be next to each other.
