This August SMACK/ URL had the Battle World in a frenzy with their "Summer Madness 2" event. One of the best battles of that weekend wasn't on the main card. Boston's Chilla Jones and Michigan's JC are two recent graduates of URL's Proving Grounds platform (First Stop new MC's to increase their profiles) and decided to settle their difference's in a "One Off" battle. When he says "that bitch kick back like it's chillin with him" he's referring to when you shoot a gun there is a kick back that makes you take a step back after you fire it and in America we have what we call kick backs where a group of people just chill which goes back to the "kick back" part he flipped the term kick back...

Honestly, this battle alone is a example of greatness. A true classic. The fans won, we won this as viewers and listeners. I honesty can't even call a winner for either rounds. Every bar sparked like firecrackers. Applauses to both Chilla Jones and JC. One of my favorite battles.

This battle had it all....it had 2 incredible artists, Jaz was there for the reactions, Mook was there for the classic "he's watchin them wishing he was nice like that", the crowd wasnt over the top and they were catching everything without gassing one more than the other, so no long ass breaks, no repeating lines 300 times and starting over, it wasnt a long battle but it wasnt too short, top 5 battle of all time
