JC's confidence in through the ROOF...He's NEVER been on a URL stage with THIS much confidence. He's honestly rapping more like Lux, not in Lux's STYLE, but in a manner similar to Lux regarding more poetic approaches leading to his punches and the punches aren't every four, but sprinkled throughout his setups and then on some 4's as well. The SAD part is, unless you're the type of fan who TRULY loves the ART FORM of Rap, and not just punches, it keeps JC from being a good BATTLER in your sight. Lux is a BEAST, we all know that, but think about his last few battles, to the average fan, they'll say he lost all of them. I would say that in most cases he had the better rounds, but he didn't BATTLE as well in regards to crowd control and engagement, time, as well as on the spot catch-able punches. Lux NEVER times his rounds correctly. He always ends up complaining about time because he's not a great BATTLER...He's an AMAZING writer and rapper. Win on cam vs Win in the room...Boxing is my favorite sport, it doesn't matter what the Judges see when they go home on the tape, it's about who won the fight they watched in person from ringside. On cam, I'll take JC's bars in almost every battle over someone else's, same with Lux. With ALL of that being said, JC had some fire stuff in this battle, but T-Top out BATTLED him. Period. T-Top's first was strong. Both of their 2nd's were ok, and T-Top's 3rd was stronger than JC's in the room as well (not just because of the dancer). JC was the better rapper, T-Top was the better Battler.
