Mi 11 lite 5g, stay away. You're paying a premium for the new soc but xiaomi will be launching a redmi note 10 pro 5g pretty soon and I'm expecting that to be a redmi note 10 pro with the 750g, 5000mah battery and better performance from the cameras
@@MitchellMillennial Thanks once again. I am in kind of hurry, because my trusty Mi a1 is starting to show its age (front speaker) and mi 11 lite seems like a proper replacement (with no big difference in size and weight). I'll wait a bit to see more info about model you mentioned.
Actually I like your enthusiasm about Redmi Note 10 pro, lower cpu, but you can still make from it workhorse. Everybody is nowadays excited mostly about f3 (and disappointed from cameras).

If I unlocked my bootloader does it instantly wipe my data or is there a waiting period until the data is wiped? Also is the phone useable during the waiting period

@@TenkaichiOG In the waiting period phone is completely usable and it will not wipe data. Data will be wiped if you try unlocking bootloader which is only possible after the waiting period is over👍

Xiaomi EU there are some workarounds but you never get it like 100%

There is no twrp file on my device in the TWRP - Install - /sdcard folder, not is there one on my Pc - internal storage for my phone. I followed every step exactly.

it doesnt find the fastboot devices, it says smh with a error. but i put the mi unlock file, pixel experience files and twrp file into the android dev folder. Note: i bought my mi8 used and it was already unlocked and the bootloader is activated
If you are unable to find the paths you ignored the first five minutes of the video/, instructions. Those instructions for finding the paths are the reason you have issues

I placed the twrp (for my mi8) into the android dev folder and the pixel experience files and nothing else. I dont know. When i look at your folder it has alot more files like one named recovery etc

Mitchell i appreciate you covering this device but i have been used a method way more easier to do so... I am using the note 10 pro (64 mp) india variant.
What do you mean, using ADB to flash TWRP is the only method. A lot of people including myself have had issues with ADB commands not working which is why I instruct everyone to download the flash commands
Tutorial is on point for me so far, but say as perspective from some trying this for first time, it felt a bit complicated, copying around files

@Mitchell Millennial I'm liking this ROM so far but there is a big headache. How do I get rid of the gap/space below the keyboard. The keyboard seems to be lifted atleast an inch off of the bottom and this is making typing anything a pain. Please suggest what can I do to get rid of this gap. Thanks

I can use some third party apps to schedule a power OFF but there is no way how I can schedule a Power ON . What to do ? What do you suggest ?
