Carburetor 4 life.....if you really are pressed buy a scoop hood...or make a entrance for air to your carb. Water may be an issue. You might wanna push wterproof electrical tape for the people who dont know. I'm ordering parts an gaskets Step 1,step 2 tear down...step 3 get rid of all the cluster fudge bs intake manifold (smog pump if u haven't) I believe belt size without smog is 66.6..lol .....an start wiring an make it work. So CCRM controls the fuel pump... I need to reuse that wire for my FiTech system.
Transmission harness is connected to the speedometer, so I can leave that alone. (For stock gauge use)
Oil pressure, coolant temperature and Oxygen sensors can be reused and wires spliced and connected to the FiTech. (For stock gauge use for oil and temperature plus oxygen for air/ fuel computer auto tuning)
Tach should be left alone? (For stock gauge use)
    Remove:
    CCRM
    Injectors
    EGR
    AC
    Smog pump
    Throttle position sensor
    Idle speed control sensor

You never mentioned cooling fans. Did you just run new relays and use a toggle switch or did you add a fan temp sensor in your cooling system.
I plan to do something similar to my 95 gt but will use a holley efi system like a sniper and control the low and high speed fan with relays and Holley to activate them.
I need to be able to retain everything factory and switch back and forth every two years for emissions and regeneration purposes.

Would the carb swap be a plus for a 94gt with the dreaded automatic? I can't stand automatics, but a manual Stang is so hard to find reasonably priced.
I just bought my 94gt with 98k original miles from the original owner for $2000. He suggested getting 410 gears because the od trans is a turd and probably getting a 2000 stall converter.
I figured if a carb swap would be a good move, id do everything this winter.

Saw the video very good. I do have a question. the 1994 and 1995 from what I am told has a 1/2 longer shaft on the distributor than the 93 on down. I have found hei distributors that will work I think but none really say they will work for a 1994 and 1995 mustang roller engine. Plus you have to run a steel gear with the roller cam from what I have found. I will be putting this in a 1966 mustang so the wiring, tank, and fuel pump will be new. I will be running a rail low volume fuel pump because from what I understand I can't change to a mechanical pump without changing the entire pulley system. Thanks for the info on your swap.
