I can't believe these Umpires have so much power to throw a guy out for calling them out. Just ridiculous.
1. Read the rules of baseball. 2. Many of those called strikes were in fact strikes. 3. The TV boxes are not accurate.

@@mrgiggly21 Yes, it is MLB's fault, and yes, the box pretty much is there for shits and giggles. That's a network box not MLB's box. The reason so many of these players and managers get heated is because they look at that box on their tablets in the dugout and see the inaccurate box. This is why a challenge system like they use in some AAA games would be great.

Interesting system…umpire makes a mistake and the batter gets the boot and a fine. Fine should be overturned with proof that the ump was wrong. Umpires have got to be better.
Umpires are there to manage the game. Coaches and players are highly paid even to respect rules and umpires decisions. If they don't accept them, it is absolutely fair to toss them out. It is called sportsmanship.
players and coaches are payed because they're great at baseball not to respect some umpires. and in some cases i think it's more than justified to call umps out for crappy decisions.

Many un-established ball players aren’t afforded that same luxury.

All of these umps are on a power trip and they will not stop unless they are made to stop. I say club them all like a harp seal and they will stop.

Break the union and the insanity ends. Older umpires the game is too fast for them. The younger umpires they can stay with the game. If you graded the elder umpires, 80% would fail.
