I love how the red team cheers on their teammates even if they make mistakes serving or passing. It's always "good job", "nice shot", "you got this" or clapping.
Thanks for the feedback. It’s always nice to record games where players lift one another up.
im in 6th grade and i can jump serve instead of standing and whatching the ball
Ik these are kids but it makes me mad how they just watch the ball instead of going after it, my advice is to just have quick feet and start getting more ball control
IKK😭😭💀💀
Same
For whatever reason kids this age struggle with that. I’m teaching 5th and 7th now and they for the most part all do the same thing.
FRR😢 when I was in 6 I was 4’9. I was the best player on the team and can literally kill the other team with my serves and hits. I also used to be setter and I dumped on them😂 it was so funny.
I am in 6th grade and we do bump set hit
bro r they 6th or 2nd grade 😭
Nah cuz Fr😭😭
This was awesome, the only thing i would say is for the players to stop running with their hands interlaced, instead in ready position.
im about to be doing vollyball for the summer i've never played before but watching this made it make more sense :)
Same! I can’t wait to play in the summer! Good luck to you! :)
You should watch their 8th grade games, because they are a way more understandable and advanced
These girls are now in 8th grade just like me. I have been playing volleyball since 4th grade and my team is in first place for our diocese against other catholic schools. I hope that I make the v ball team as a freshman next year and I want to be in the varsity team I have improved lots since playing volleyball in 6th grade and my team is the b team and we are doing amazing now especially with being in first place. Also I don’t want to sound like I am bragging
Awesome job these 6th graders did!! I would like to see them move more and practice ball control. I would like to see them practice overhand serving with more power.
Yeah they definitely need to move some more and communicate better
@hollows4ppedfr I was in 6 and I was way better. Plus I was 4’9
I’m in 6th grade and my first volleyball practice/game is tomorrow and I’m so excited so I’m watching these to make sure I will do a good job 🦋And something I noticed is that they are not moving and keeping quick feet, more of just waiting for the ball, so I think they would improve a lot if they practice moving after the ball.
EXACTLY!! Yes! That’s exactly what I was thinking, instead of standing there they should start going after the ball🫶🏻
Would like to know how did u vball game go?
I thought in 6th grade your sussposed to pass, bc my xousin passes and hits alot
I loved playing volleyball. I'm a good spiker ✌🏻😁
Thanks for sharing!
Do u have any tips for spiking?
Same
As someone who’s younger than them the movement they had was not the best, could be some peoples first year this is my first year too and one thing I do is have my brother throw the ball over the net far away from me so I can run to get the ball, but otherwise they were great!
Oh!
I’m in 6th grade and every one of my teammates can over hand serve and strong to a d we all go for the ball and get down low they shouldn’t be standing
its fine, they are probably still new and i use to do underhand servings
I’m on my 7th grade team and our coach makes us run laps if we don’t stay low. So true that.
Same and my team always wins the season
Yea our coach would literally scream at us if we did that. We would have to run suicides in practice if she gave us to many warnings lol
In the beginning the girl steeped over the base line??
If she served some can serve there bc the 6th graders so ya
awsome girls!
One thing o have to say is, in volleyball you are allowed to take the ball even if it’s out? Why see they standing every time their teammate hit the ball out! Like go get the ball help!
I can give them help but I can’t
Why do the red team front row players stand at the net on their service? No one in the game has any chance of blocking a ball at the net.
The reason the do this is to not block the ball, but when it’s serve receive, it’s just common knowledge to go up at the net. It’s kind of like passing the ball really close to the net so the setter and hitter go up to the net, but they just do that for serving to, many teams do
These girls performed so well!
The red team need help😮
1:59 💀
IKR 💀💀💀😭😭😭
