My 5 minute warm up is trying to get off the dual-carriageway I'm obliged to use initially in order to access quieter roads without being flattened by an insane motorist!
Hmm maybe I need to do this since when I ride my bike I don't have the luxury for warm up because when I leave the house it's already climbing so I end up high pacing without warm up and getting tired early so o do tea break after 10-15 miles then continue on my route and yes the hardest part is that 10-15 miles probably because I don't have warm up
I bought a high tech home bike to workout. Day one I did 2 x 4 miles once in the morning the other at night. Next day I can’t walk my knee is killing me as I try to sleep why
And I started the month being lazy and I weighed 116kg Yh ik rlly fat than after 1 month of 3 hours a day I went to 98kg and lost all my fat from legs my neck and half of my belly fat sick right ??!
do not let your knees go past your toes on a squat, wrong. also your weight isn't on your heels, you drive THROUGH your heels. Weight should be distributed over the center of the foot while squatting.

I’m not lying down in the parking lot and doing planks and hip thrusters. This isn’t real world warming up for most weekend warriors. There are better warm ups.
1. Stand tall & reach (30 seconds)
2. Founder’s pose (10 seconds)
3. Squats (10 times)
4. Plank (30 seconds)
5. Bridge (10 times)
6. Single-leg bridge (10 times on each leg)

No could be a sign of joint inflammation or tendinitis, if it carry out visit a GP
