This is another outstanding design, man. You know, several months back in game, I came across a time capsule with a picture of a beautiful base built on top of that large mushroom tree. I tried to replicate it, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to its grand state. This video has given me a proper blueprint to build a nice base there. Great work as always, dude. Can't wait to see more.
Great job man, Love that you didn't compromise on the base's functionality for its aesthetics . I would love to see more functional elements we can put in bases in subnautica 2
Have you planned to make a half watered based on the floating island I think that there are some great views I'm French so don't mind if I made mistake
I have a list of places I want to build, I then scout the biome for the best place ( lighting, thumbnail potential, details, cool landmarks). Scouting could take as little as 5 minutes. Sometimes I cant fit the design, delete everything and switch places
But you are alone on this planet, isn’t all these a bit excessive? You can explain the multiple moon pools, but why the 2 scanner room? 😮 no wonder humanity is doomed, there will never be enough resource to go around. 😊

Pause and take the time to replicate this one as much as you need. The biome is awesome, albeit a bit monotonous after a while.
man this video reminds me of how immersive Subnautica's atmosphere really is
It never gets old, does it?

this base is breathtaking, the simetry is what makes it perfect for me. In 2009 i threw my cousin off a cliff and no one knows it was me
What am I supposed to do with this information ?
@@overl0rd883 shhhhh
Nice work! I usually make mine the bare minimum but this is pretty inspiring. I love how the cyclops has it's own dedicated hatches and parking space.
Thank you !

I try to make it pretty, not always possible.
Really cool design but getting the prawn suit up in that moonpool must be really difficult
Load it into the cyclops and call it a day
Grappling arm solves all your problems
Were u always this good at base building or did it become a thing overtime
Oh I sucked back then, my first base in the game is on the channel. And while it's not bad, it is a mess. Took a while to figure what I enjoy.
Very nice Cyclops docking bay
Careful not to go to far or else you’ll run into a reaper, the mushroom forest is right by the dunes
damn, and i thought my base was good
And I'm sure it is!

I definitely will mr. French. It's a great place to build
@@overl0rd883 I'll definitely wait and do it when it comes out then
@@overl0rd883and last question how much time do you searching the right place to build and the idea to build it?
I have a list of places I want to build, I then scout the biome for the best place ( lighting, thumbnail potential, details, cool landmarks). Scouting could take as little as 5 minutes. Sometimes I cant fit the design, delete everything and switch places
did you build this base in survival? even if you didnt its still a beautiful base much love
Correct
Top names for your marine and lands vehicles. Turbo turd and sea turd
Fits like a glove. I giggled like an idiot while writing those (still do)
can u publish save ?
build it yourself gosh darn
I don't do that. But I try to make every video so that the bases are easily replicable, if you wish to do so.
If you have the save, you will find many imperfections. It is best to just watch the video.
Nah, you can also find those in the video lol

It's a simmetry thing
What are you researching?
Er, let's change the subject...
Giant magical underwater mushrooms, obviously.
