Hello, this is Esthe ASMR. :)
In this video, I received a color massage for the first time while doing ASMR.
I guess you could call it color therapy.
First of all, after checking the state of my body and mind through counseling,
It was the way therapy was conducted.
As I learned the story of my life and my inclination through counseling,
For some reason, my heart felt warm.
And I also shed a few tears.
Today's therapy was carried out at the Color Therapy Lab. Only education, coaching, and consultation are available, so the place does not provide massage services to customers.
Instead, I'm going to put a link below to a color touch specialty store nationwide, so it would be nice to search for it and go. :)

I'm glad this looks legit. I saw another video of someone else doing "color therapy" and the "therapist" had all her jewelry on and she literally put pieces of tiny Amethysts on a person and waved in the air and said it was "Chakra" massaging and charged $300🙃
This is not legit either. Its woo.
This may sound strange but her breathing pattern is very similar to my mothers and it made this all the more soothing

I don’t know anything about color therapy, but as a chiropractor, I’m a big fan of the soft tissue work she did! It looked very familiar in the best way.

i find some of the ways she talks at the beginning is sooo tingly, like after she introduces something new, at the end she almost whispers her last words. Such a soft and sensitive way to teach/sell.

For the question marks in the subtitles at 2:09, I believe she said “turquoise.”
She used different colored oils for the chakra points from red the base orange the womb yellow for the stomach and green for the heart blue for the throat and purple for 3rd eye
Those colours were perfectly selected for the clients issues, it’s amazing to see how each one could help her so specifically

My favorite color is also green! I think it's my soul color, too.
There's just something so earthy, vibrant, and natural about green. Maybe it's weird, but it's like I can see and hear the color, it's like a forest of life 🍃🌿🌱

I.... don't know why but the... mouth massage was oddly relaxing for me???? maybe its because my mouth tend to be tensed and it felt relaxing when I see your mouth/inside jaw getting the care it needed 😭

@@marinaluna2799 I use ROC Multi Correxion eye cream and ROC Retinol Correxion Max Hydration cream. It won’t get rid of the necklines totally, but I noticed it greatly smoothed it down. You’ll see it working if you use it every day, 1-2 times a day.

@@marinaluna2799. Be careful with Ret As. Buckthorn oil will do the same for your skin more naturally. Also daily raw vegetable juicing works brilliantly - as from the inside out works better than anything you can slap on your face

@esteASMR I saw a Naturopath and had some blood tests. Found out I was extremely low in several vitamins and minerals. I have found a high strength Mega B complex to be most helpful in reducing depression

Wow, I've seen a lot of different therapy and massage things, and a lot of the people who do them seem, um... crazy? I don't know how to properly explain it, it's not that those people seem crazy just because they believe in spiritual energy, but it's like they believe in spiritual energy and also they're crazy.
But I like this lady! She seems completely normal to me. And like a lot of people I've never heard of this particular practice, but it makes sense! There's actual real scientific evidence about the effect colors can have on people (and not "red makes people think you're more powerful in the office!" but stuff like how black plates often make food unappetizing and because of how rarely purple occurs in nature a lot of people don't like to eat purple food), so it makes sense to me to combine massage and colors.
It was an event that she gave me a massage. She used to be a masseuse.
Currently, she is an expert in color consulting. Help people comfort their hearts and solve their problems through color.
The massage combined with color was really interesting and nice.

Honestly, I've tried Western style therapy and had no success so far, I wouldn't mind giving this a shot.
Was your cheeks sore after she massaged them like that ? Speaking of getting your ears cleaned can always do an ear picking video!! Those are the best lol especially if it has inside the ear video it's always neat to see.
This video was very relaxing! Loved the neck stretch at the end. That's one of my favorite parts of a message when they stretch my neck really good.
After the massage, of course there was no sore spot. Her heart was so warm. The therapist here is really kind. so so kind I am so happy that you like my video so sincerely.
You should do this one again. Minus the construction noises! Lol so we can see the entire massage. I really appreciate this method because it feels like the therapist is actually getting to know you and if she knows what you're going through she may know where you carry your stress.
When I go out to shoot, there are a lot of places around me that are under construction.
The noise from the construction site can reach so far.

I also want to save the 30-minute video I threw away. ㅠㅠ The sound of the construction site nearby was so loud that I couldn't use it.. Even my hdd was full, so I threw away the original video. I'm so sad.

The brand name is kinda cute "Heilende Baum", which is false German, cause it's actually "Heilender Baum". I notice a lot of German brand names in Korea... quite funny.
mhmm :) a lot of people seem upset, but a lot of companies and products like to use French or German names to invoke a prestige or European style. it's cute!
There are too many English brand names in Korea. So inevitably, the CEO here changed the brand name from English to German. I heard there was a mistake along the way. I'm so sorry.
