Omigosh, Kari! SUCH A FUN TECHNIQUE! Pick a favorite???!! NO WAY AS EACH OF THEM IS STUNNING! Great directions and tips throughout, too! Really liked the “colored fun foam”, or the “black” and Nuvo drops, black sequins n’ DEFINITELY GLITTER! (I love it,too! Worth the extra time!!) Appreciated the simplicity of creating this design w/DSPs/Patterned Paper to make a WONDERFUL CARD in less time yet still packing a “WOW”!! TFS n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’, DIE CUTTIN’ n’ CREATIN! Will be sure to check out your site, too! Have a DELIGHTFUL day! :-). (Hope you DO get back to Hawaii, too!)

Kari- this is a great video in a short amount of time! Lots of great examples and techniques! I’ve heard this called eclipse cards and I have fun making them. I’m definitely going to try some of your ideas!

I like the offset techniques and the glitter negative insets because the words pop more from the background. Love the flowers on the turquoise and yellow HELLO card. TFS your techniques!

Yes...I agree...some are more pricey than others. Watch for sales and giveaways! :) This technique can be done with almost any die and a little creativity. Blessings to you!
I don't like this technique because you can't really see the word! It blends in too much with the background!
It does blend in! But in real life with the popped up word it looks so neat! :) It might not be for everyone... ;)
The great thing about watching technique videos is you can see which techniques you like and don’t like for your own personal style.
