it is normal in this area. This is coming off the express lanes by McCowan to get to Markham Rd. The exit from the express lanes is right near the entrance onto the highway from McCowan. So you have slow moving cars (70-80km an hour) that need to merge over three lanes of traffic to get onto the highway. While at the same time there are fast moving cars (100km sometimes 120-140km) trying to merge over four lanes to get off at Markham Rd. All in the space of about 800m. All during rush hour or heavy traffic. Slow and fast cars merging in around each other in a short space at much different speeds with a thousand other cars around them going straight. It is a horrible design. And at the same time Markham Rd is so busy that cars getting off the high way at Markham Rd are lined up all the way onto the highway. So there are fast cars that merge over and need to come to a dead stop while slow cars need to merge around them to get up to speed while other cars are traveling normal speed to get to other destinations further down the highway. It's like a a huge game of the old video game "Frogger" in that area. There is an accident in this spot almost daily. Before they limited what tow truck companies can tow on the highway there would be tow trucks lined up along the shoulder in this area all the time just waiting. Doesn't really affect what happened here. The guy on the video is just an a$$hole. When he came over the three lanes I thought he was trying to get off the express to get to Markham Rd. but then he swerved back into the express like he didn't want to get off. But he swerves again at 0:36 like he wanted to get off the express again but misjudged it and nearly hit the guard rail. Who knows what he was thinking. No wonder Toyota and Honda car insurance are flying through the galaxy 😡😡😡 all thanks to these kinda idiots!
These days everything is flying through the Galaxy 🤣🤪
If this driver had a clue, they would have known to take the exit to the collector and then rejoin at the next collector entrance. He would have passed all the cars getting in his way. 😀
Only reason he drove the way he did is because he had no clue 🤣🤪
Are you sure this is Toronto???? I saw the same MANIAC DRIVER in Florida yesterday.
This happened near Pickering but we have same kinds of drivers everywhere in the World
That lunatic gets around.
@@mckessa17 🤣
I saw multiple people go in the shoulder lane to go around traffic. All on the same day.
Some people think of it as an extra lane
Hello Tj Vlogs! Can I use your video in my video plus comments to help people learn lessons so they can drive safer? I'll put your name on the screen, thank you for reading.
Yes you can
Yeah, that's Scarborough 👌 💯
So many mistakes here: No signalling, switching more than 1 lane at a go, changing lanes with little clearance, changing lanes too often, not observing the 3-second rule.
The guy has no time to give signal 🤣🤪
@@CanadianVlogger786 Lol. It's too much craze in one go. Driver pro'lly drunk.
It's even worse here in Dubai
Pass and then move over to the right...

It’s hard to memorize it 🤪🤣
Many of the worst drivers in North America infest the Highways of Ontario…No driving experience combines with in vehicle distractions and no idea of managing highway speeds results in asphalt chaos…You are taking your life in your steering wheel…
And they take other’s people lives in their hands too
@@CanadianVlogger786 We rarely travel the 400 series Highways in Ontario. As seniors when the rare occasion comes up that we must travel 400 series Highways we notify next of kin the day before we head out. Take a deep breath and turn on the ignition and gain liftoff. We always call back to next of kin after our hopefully safe landing at our intergalactic destination. We’re very Apollo like when we drive the 400 series of Ontario Highways.
actually that was a pro driver cause he did not crash or hit any cars
I wish everyone was like that
Hi fam, how you doin'? Mind if I feature your clip for my next video edit? I'll credit you with watermark on screen of course.

Canadastan at its finest.
One highway for millions of motorists and most cannot even drive or maintain speed.
