James' video wasn't edited out of order, and there was nothing taken out of context or made to make this server look any worse than it already was and clearly still is. I also believe that they used a dislike bot on James' video, as it had an overwhelmingly large amount of dislikes (roughly 7-8K if I remember correctly), most of which ended up being removed by RUclips after a few months. He had been DDoSing people (7:54 notice how he tries to act as if he'd done nothing wrong and even claims Running said "We know it wasn't you guys that did that" when we all knew it was) and leaking their IPs before James' video was ever released, he then made slanderous accusations against us, and especially against James trying to claim that we not only DDoSed his server while we were on it and that he did nothing wrong, but that we also DDoSed other servers we played on as well, but all it takes is a single look at the comments that are from 2017 and prior on his public steam profile from people saying that he DDoSed them, among other things to prove he's nothing but a manipulative liar. He and his friends raided our Discord server (on multiple occasions) to attack and harass our members, our staff, James, and myself (this lasted for a little over a year after the video had been released) which ended with a few of them finally having their accounts terminated due to me reporting them for raiding and toxicity. I have screenshots of the staff and owner being racist (which this video very clearly confirms), screenshots of one of his ex-staff members who admitted to being blackmailed and extorted for money, as well as a screenshot that another staff member at the time shared of the owner extorting someone else for money. Additionally, I have screenshots of some of his now deleted comments on James' video of him lying to people, and I have a screenshot of the owner using a homophobic slur. It was shocking that a (at the time) 14-year-old was doing and saying these things, and it's even more shocking that what now must be a 20 or 21-year-old man is doing the same things he did as an early teen. I played this game for a long time, and for the longest time, guys like this were common. It wasn't until like the past 5 years that playing this game feels like a moral conundrum. I actively don't want to be around people like this, and they don't just exist in Gmod, they're _the lowest common denominator._ And they're organizing for these P2W cash laundering schemes. Sharing the IP of someone is illegal if it leads to any form of harassment. Anyone that has been DDoS'd by someone else in that community could also charge the representative of that community. If someone really wants for these people to be gone, a simple report to FacePunch will do the trick too as they violate against multiple Server Operator Guidelines and Rules.

As an Ex-Admin on Rusts biggest OG RP server "Rust Factions" we had a zero tolerance to any hate speech no matter what form it took, we even removed any and all memes that people put up in game. I can understand that been a full time Admin on RP servers is a long and thankless task and can easily burn you out but if your not willing to do it then close the server like we did. Also its worth nothing that this guy gets paid a small fortune for running that server where as we did Rust Factions for free and only ever took small donations to help pay for server rental and all them donations could buy you was the "Donator" tag on the Forums and Team Speak.

I recently became staff on this server cause the last time I had played was back in 2017. A player not an admin asked me if I even heard of this video, (I had not) after seeing this, it makes me utterly disgusted to know these people genuinely don’t give a shit

lol when i was a trial mod awes0me pulled my ip up on screen and forgot to close it out in a vc with like 5 other people while screensharing it. i stopped being an admin after he offered an irl trader an unban if he gave him 100$ (of which he got from a child). They werent this bad with racism the short time i was around, its really strange to see how much worse it got (and how much it was before i was even there, too)

As an Ex-Admin on Rusts biggest OG RP server "Rust Factions" we had a zero tolerance to any hate speech no matter what form it took, we even removed any and all memes that people put up in game.
I can understand that been a full time Admin on RP servers is a long and thankless task and can easily burn you out but if your not willing to do it then close the server like we did. Also its worth nothing that this guy gets paid a small fortune for running that server where as we did Rust Factions for free and only ever took small donations to help pay for server rental and all them donations could buy you was the "Donator" tag on the Forums and Team Speak.

@@budgetcollectables2810 Its all about context and I personally would of read the chat logs/any audio recordings for how and the way them words was said. As you can imagine some edgy teens love to try and skirt bans by changing words like nib and bigga etc. But as I'm from the UK I know the slang for cigarettes gets a lot of people false bans/mutes and again decent admin teams should always go by context

In my opinion, the racism doesn't matter. Yes, it's cringe and annoying, but the DDoSing is what's very important because getting DDoSed could mess a lot of things up in a person's house and cause damage, depending on who they DDoS. It's a really messed up thing to do and only comes from degenerates who get salty quickly.
