In fact, we were having a monthly stitchers' reunion in the Russian far East, Vladivostok. And some of us turn out to be English teachers. So, the question of floss tube came up. And one of the stitchers suggested your channel. That's how you got me as a new subscriber)
I was very early for the party for floss tube in general. There was only two but slowly more and more started to upload. But when I found you , I had literally only discovered if you type in floss tube in the filter. Any videos that have been recently added will appear. So you could look in the morning and by the afternoon you could find someone else. Another lovely video as usual many thanks x

I’m sorry to hear of your daughters condition, that sounds terrible! Love all your wips, finishes and plans, I don’t have any sort of rotation at all, just stitch what I want when I want, works best for me. Hello Sharon! Thankfully we haven’t had any major fires so far this year. Lots of smaller ones though. Lady of the Thread is beautiful. I miss summer in Utah. There is always something going on like Pioneer Day, Scandinavian Days, Peach Days, Strawberry Day, parades, rodeos. July is always fun there. We have things here too, just not like there. The major fun thing here is in October and is the International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.
The hot air balloon fiesta sounds fun. I’m sure it’s spectacular. Utah does have a lot going on. I used to do a lot in the summer. When we lived in St George we always went to peach days. Nowadays I don’t get out much and can’t take the heat any more. Getting old is hard!! 😂 I hope all is well with you. Thanks for watching and commenting! 💕

Wonderful finish on Lady of the Thread! I hope you find a way to adjust to the new glasses. I know it takes a while for the body to adjust to a new prescription, especially when it is so different from what you’ve had… I wonder if you schedule 10 minutes of closed eyes each hour just to let your body adjust…? Perhaps a few days of that would help. Anyway, nice to see your stitching! Take care!
Thanks so much for the advice. I will definitely try that. They did tell me it would take a while to adjust but they just caused so many issues and the second time they were blurry. I keep filling my cart at 123 stitch and then remind myself of all the charts I have sitting upstairs in a box so yes, I am definitely going to have at least one older chart in my rotation from now on.
