Thank you very much Mam for explaining the concept which is not even explained in books.
Very informative video. Thanks Dr👍👍
It was fantastic mam.
Really enjoyed it.
Glad you liked it
In comitant squint primary deviation = secondary deviation.
Ma'am you are a boon for us who want to understand tough concepts deeply and more early. Thank you for your efforts. 🙏🌹
That's right @Sherry26.😊
Very comprehensive ✨
I always enjoy your videos. Well simplified and detailed at the same time. Thank you.😊
Thank you :)
You are a one woman army! Congratulations for such crisp and lucid videos
Thank you 😊
🎉
Please make videos on esotropia, exotropia and various syndromes asap
Thank you so much you your videos are so helpful 😊
I'm so glad!
In comitant deviation, primary deviation= secondary deviation
Mam, I have one doubt please confirm that while doing the alternate cover test when we find the perfect neutralization point the squinted eye will stay deviated behind the prism (where no fixation required) or it will reach to center ?
It will reach to the center and there will be no movt in alternate prism cover test
If the left eye has an esotropia, as you had drawn , the image will be formed temporal to the fovea and not nasal.

Thank you mam
Most welcome 😊
Why is primary and secondary deviation equal in concomitant squint..,? Please explain
because the muscle of the deviated eye is not paretic or restrictive ...it has equal strength to the fixating eye so there will be equal innervation and the deviations are equal
Isnt this part of the cia program??..
