Van Der Van is the fastest player in the league. The second fastest is Werner ,if Ange can get his confidence up, the possibilities are massive.That's why Ange perseveres. It makes sense!
Kyle Walker was faster than Werner last season. Dominik Szoboszlai was quicker last season too.
Currently Elanga and Haaland have been clocked quicker than Werner.

Jess is spot on with perhaps having the team link up with a therapist to help keep them on track and motivate them. I think literally our biggest issue is mentality - it’s our soft underbelly. When the going gets tough, many of our players switch off. Sometimes leadership is a mentality that needs to be coached - I can see so many of our players who can be actual leaders on and off the pitch - Vicario, Deki, Porro. We need an injection of that ruthlessness and determination to get us through those games that we typically fold under

It has gotten so bad with Timo, that whenever he gets the ball, moans and groans come out across the pitch, fans covering their eyes in disbelief. It is really so hard to watch. Even though Werner is one of the highest paid in our team, I bet he would trade it for anything just to see his own form change. I feel sorry for him. If you have ever been in a long drawn out situation where everything seems hopeless and you hit rock bottom, spare a thought for Timo. He has to put on a brave face in front the entire fanbase as well as being the laughing stock with the opposition fans. Thankfully, we have Ange who has not given up on Timo.
Timo was actually really good in the games he missed chances in (I know that sounds bad) but because of all the negative energy the lad is sooooo inside his own head we saw how bad that gets vs West Ham which was comical in how awful it was. Mindfulness people. It's all cosmic energy 🙌
Werner scores any goal and we have another BEAST on the wing the rest of his game is and has been quality

Maddison plays slow and is more technical but this team seems to be better on the fast counter attack which he lacks the speed and energy for
Kulu has been infinitely better since moving to central midfield, as I said he will never be a world class winger back in Ange's first pre-season game in 2023.
Unpopular opinion, but I think Micky VdV has again been player of the season for me. None of the goals were directly his fault and his driving runs have got other teams terrified as they have no answer for him.
Druguson's agent needs to be shown the door. It's obvious that Dragu is his meal ticket and with a name like Florin Manea that puts it out there in plain sight.
Sarr came on and started passing the ball to Son. When you watch it back, Sarr gets the ball and passes it to Son. Maybe they saw something, or liked the match up that Sonny had.
Romero has made enough crucial mistakes that Dragusin probably feels he should be dropped.

Ange should contact Emma Murray from Melbourne who has done amazing work with very successful AFL teams down under on performance, being vulnerable and seizing the moment. As a psychologist she's also worked with world leaders Ash Barty who won Wimbledon etc and Oscar Piastri tearing it up in F1, amongst many other elitenperformers - get in touch ! PS there is no fixed 11, it's horses for courses and situation and Ange has shown you all his Plan B which is based on player's attributes to give different things in games. Get on board !
