I think the arguments made in this video were lucid and insightful. As much as I admire and respect president Biden, he's clearly not up to the task in a make or break election for democracy. So the democrats need another candidate asap. That's indisputable. Equally, just handing the presidency over to Kamala Harris would be an unpopular choice for many people, as she's yet to really prove herself in the role. An open competition would allay those fears, because if she won it would be on merit and belief in her ability to lead the country.
