This is my own design that effectively turns your old sticky throttle assembly into a modern snap back throttle setup. Use your OEM parts and simply add my kit inside the bar end. Contact me directly for more info or questions @ josheule@gmail or 540.207.9170 - Thanks Josh in Florida.
Inner Diameter of your Handle Bar should be 17.90-~18.00mm for nice fitment of my parts.
*Must have good working parts. This is not an intended fix/kit for rusty, worn and dirty assemblies
Easy to install instructions (Both written and video) provided with your purchase. Thanks for looking!

Just got the kit… installed in less than 10 minutes. Works better than expected. Good quality. Way better than the Chinese knockoffs. BUY USA!

Thanks so much for inventing this fix, Josh, with your custom made spacer part! It works great! For my 1969 CT70 K0, in order for it to properly snap back with the kit, in addition to cleaning all parts very well, and making sure my new throttle cable was well-lubed, I also needed to clean well and lube (as you recommend) the groove in the throttle slider piece, surfaces of the handlebar and the throttle end ring, and the interior of the metal throttle grip, which has the spiraling bars that slide through the groove in the metal slider. I used Motion Pro throttle cable spray lube (shake well!). The spring-back worked great, but was too strong for me, so, as you mentioned I could try at my own risk, I cut the spring (clamped in a vise, cutting with a Dremel rotary tool), making it a little shorter, reinstalled, and now there is less spring-back pressure, but still snaps back perfectly! Of course, if anyone does that, they should cut a little at time, re-assemble, and test. Cutting the spring too short would eliminate the fix. You're the best!
