Federal judges can issue nationwide injunctions (this particular federal judge is over a section of Texas, which is why they always mention Texas). An injunction is a process which a court can refrain a party from doing certain acts. The problem the federal judge brings up really isn’t what DACA does, it’s how DACA was issued in 2012. The constitution gives Congress the power to make Naturalization laws however, DACA was issued via a Homeland Security memorandum(an order with legal details). The argument can be made that DACA isn’t a naturalization law and Homeland Security does have the power to enforce a memorandum. However the opposing would claim, in 2021 the Biden Admin reinstated DACA differently, in a way admitting they did it wrong the first time(they still didn’t fully do it right in 2021). I am no Justice so there’s more to this that I can’t explain but it will probably go to the Supreme Court to decide the fate of DACA. Only right now initial DACA request aren’t being processed.

I agree it's not the kids fault their parents brought them here. However, those that came illegally should have been sent back the day they got here so this issue wouldn't be an issue.
Some believe people should be allowed to come to the US unfettered. In truth, it every person on earth that wants to come were allowed to, we'd be at 2 billion people overnight and dead broke.
Also in truth, solving illegal immigration is easy. Not on a national list, then no work. Those that hire people not in the list go to prison and pay a fine. No work, no illegal immigrants. Simple.
But no one is doing that. Why? Because large corporate interest like farming, hotels, restaurants, construction, real estate, food processing and others makes trillions off cheap labor.
It's not the American people or to some extent directly law makers fault. It's large corporations that do everything they can to secure cheap labor behind the scenes. 100% true.

I think there should be harsher punishments for those who employ those here illegally. If you sneak into the country and can't make any money, would you still be sneaking in, or would you wait your turn and do it legally so you could make a normal living like everyone else here?

Germany has passed a new immigration in August, that allows to stay and work a lot easier than ever before. There was no population boom in Europe for many years now. Same in the USA. It's a big future economic problem.
The difference between German and American immigration is that the Germans register all immigrants, no matter the status. Americans don't that is why America has a lot bigger workforce than any other country, when its needed.

The whole point of DACA is to give children that were illegally brought to the United States the benefit of not living in fear that could be punished for something they had no control over. DACA increases their chances of working and studying, it doesn’t hinder it. They are just kids when they get brought to the US, they don’t even know what they are doing is illegal. DACA literally puts the kids “sneaking in” on a better legal track to “make a normal living”.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Article 14), which states that everyone has the right to seek and enjoy asylum from persecution in other countries. The 1951 UN Refugee Convention (and its 1967 Protocol), which protects refugees from being returned to countries where they risk being persecuted.
The Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, also known as the 1951 Refugee Convention or the Geneva Convention of 28 July 1951 is a United Nations multilateral treaty that defines who a refugee is and sets out the rights of individuals who are granted asylum and the responsibilities of nations that grant asylum. The Convention also sets out which people do not qualify as refugees, such as war criminals. The Convention also provides for some visa-free travel for holders of refugee travel documents issued under the convention.
These International laws apply to all UN member states, regardless of whether they participate in the Human Rights Council.
We need to increase staff for processing applications, citizenship hearings, appeals trials, and to catch up and keep up with Visa applications globally.
The backlog of immigrants that built up until Covid limits were lifted then opened floodgates during Biden's administration & should be averaged over the Covid years for greater accuracy, annnd calculations should consider emigration (citizens leaving the U.S. during the same time frame).
Also, borders & entries other than the southern border need emphasizing, as well as States that are soliciting greater populations of legal residents to relocate to their states (Ex: Vermont & other NE States).
It would also help if media stopped claiming that the Bidden administration's policies are to have "open borders", which encourages increasing attempts by migrants to enter the U.S..
Retrograde (backlogged processing limiting entrants) of applicants following legal steps are essentially being "punished" by U.S. understaffing of legal immigration processing.

Just because we are part of the UN doesn’t mean we are beholden to every treaty they can think of. They have a record of their treaties and who signed them. The United States hasn’t sign them all and hasn’t acknowledged some of them. You can’t force a free country to do something without a contract. So, despite whatever treaty you can come up with, they’re contractual by signatory. Not by membership.

On this one issue alone, is perhaps the only issue which actually galvanizes both Republican, Democrat, Independents, Legal Immigrants, Martians, Atheists ..etc into "CLOSING THE BORDER". I'm a Democrat and I'm voting against Biden, I'll vote for Trump before Biden.

I am kind of perplexed at the poiint you're trying to make. What are you even doing here? If this nation is as evil, unjust, oppressive, and racist as your advocates proclaim, why do you even want to stay here in the first place? Going by the narravitive of these DACA protests, you should be longing to leave.
