I can't emphasize enough how I appreciate your Channel. The highly recommended education you featured on herbs, fruits, vegetables and foods and their amazing benefits. Coconut 🥥 is one of my favorite especially now that I'm eating more plant-based foods. I Incorporate it in my food at least 3x per weeks and as I came across this video I was just prepping my 🥥 to make cornmeal porridge (I use the real stuff NO canned business)😅. I started using coconut oil several years ago and about 1.5 year ago I started making my own deodorant with eucalyptus and coconut oil. I did contact Miss Marcia to place my order for some of her favorable 🥥 deodorant. Thanks again God bless and keep up the good work.🙏🏾❤️🌱

Yes .We call the rib in the leaves flex. We called the broom flex broom. It was very flexible , indeed. Kids still use it to day to make flex kites and our folks long ago use it as a stick to hold locally made candies. We called the candies flex sweets. Today paper is used to hold the lollipop candy. Who cannot remember using the fiber from the coconut as a pot scrubber to clean our pots and pans. Yes man. This was our local brillo soap pad., and don’t forget the dried clusters on which the coconuts hung, these were used as natural brooms to. Like Jamaicans, Grenadians really benefited from the coconut tree. Fallen tress were used as a footpath or local bridge to cross over a ravine.

To be honest Mister Gayle, when you said that you were disappointed that you haven't done the coconut until now, I could give you a pass.
I wasn't overly excited about the coconut show.
Reasons be, the coconut is the fruit that everybody knows and everybody loves. The coconut has to be one of everybody's favorite foods somewhere, somehow.
Unlike the Breadfruit, which is also a well known fruit, I was excited to understand what you could do with the breadfruit, as I didn't know that you could do so many things with the breadfruit.
With the coconut, I am not surprised about anything that the coconut can do.
If you told me that some part of the coconut could make spaceship 🚀 I would not be surprised.
