This is considered one of the top 10 Singing performances of all times. Haley is not just a singer, she is a master vocal technician who can use every single vocal expression without breaking a sweat.
One has to appreciate the irony of having the sexiest possible lady perform this particular song. She balances being classy and sexy like no other. Her talent is undeniable, there is no one else like her. I prefer her solo performances more because they are less exaggerated than her PMJ covers, but everything she does is golden.
The duet she did witth Puddles is my absolute favorite, it was the first time I had heard Puddles and was totally shocked. Check out "Mad World". There are some truly hilarious PMJ songs, I love the spin and satire they put on rock tunes done over as lounge acts. Love you Tauri! ❤
Now listen to her with Morgan James and Ariana Savalas in "All About that Bass", then her and Morgan cover" Dear Prudence" and finally Morgan's "Dream On" cover! It is EPIC (as is everything Morgan has done)!!
Haley is an amazing vocalist, she is one of my all time favorite vocalists. Please check out more from PMJ, Dream On with Morgan James and/or why not Black Hole Sun with Haley. Really enjoyed your reaction. 👍
As always love your smile!!! Haley has one of the greatest vocal skillsets on earth. If she was born in the 30's-40's we would still be talking about her legend. Her physical presentation is so impactful. Just the little things she does with her hands and eyes you have to watch. True legendary story...this was done in 1 take and she was under the weather. Did a new 1 last year "Don't Speak". PMJ w Morgan James "Dream On" yes that 1!
I LOVE Hayley - the adlib moments...those melisma's she drops in from about 04:55 onward are so satisfying for my soul... I want to feed on them forever.... Edit: Okay.... so now I've listened to this a couple more times again.... and it just gets better and better!
Had American Idol had "one vote per individual voting", as opposed to almost "unlimited power voting", Haley would have won American Idol easily in a landslide.
I grew up through glam, became and still think I'm a punk. I saw these guys a few months ago in the UK, and I was blown away. To say I tapped my foot is an understatement.
Pmj is so so good how they transform pieces to jazz, swing, dirge, Charleston. Dream on and 7 Nation army are spectacular. Even songs like all about the bass or wanna be are just a treat to hear
ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME REACTION! THANK YOU SO MUCH! All About That Bass, Dream On, Lovefool, Seven Nation Army, and Maps are MUST SEE performances! Thanks again... ❤️
That is one of the best covers and arrangements of Radiohead's Creep I've had the pleasure of listening to. Awesome reaction Tauri. Edit... And congrats on reaching 25K subs!!!!

@@theblackdog2399 Wow... Such anger. Haley is my favorite voice for most songs. But Morgan still has a fantastic voice. Ariana is also great. Scott has been able to find some incredible singers. great reaction tauri. haley is one the greatest, most unique vocalist of our time. postmodern jukebox (or pmj) takes current songs and completely re-imagines them vintage (1920s to 1960s) in the music itself and style of the performances that actually take you back in time. they have a variety of good vocals but haley reinhart especially with postmodern jukebox is incredible. all the other haley/pmj ones are great also: "all about the bass", "habits", "black hole sun", "mad world", "seven nations army", "oops i did it again", "lovefool" and the very recent "don't speak". i think what is so phenomenal about haley is not just her amazing silk to sandpaper voice but also her character and soul that she puts into the performances. even when she uses very little acrobatics, her pure raw soft voice is amazing like in the intro of "creep". you see this even more in her solo platinum cover of "can't help falling in love" for the extra gum commercial which is truly stunning and frequently described as what love sounds like here: ruclips.net/video/_uNpEbt7w_o/видео.html
Great reaction as always Tauri. PMJ are one of my greatest finds on YT. Haley's voice is stunning. Morgan James is spectacular. And the arrangements of these covers are perfect for their voices. Listen to their version of All About That Bass, a cover of the Meghan Traynor song. I melt when I hear Haley sing.
It's not a cello, it a double bass and adds to a perfect performance by the most talented of vocalist out there. I'm glad she has not become mainstream because it has allowed her to stay true to herself and her music. Long live the Queen.
Awesome reaction, thanks for sharing! 💖 'Dont speak' also with Haley is another spectacular one. And im convinced you will love 'Dream on' ft Morgan James. Sadly PMJ fans dont watch many music reactions. But as you see on Elisabeth's reactions, the most popular ones gets decent view counts. They have hundreds of covers like this on their channel, and im sure you could end up with a whole playlist of favorites if you took a deep dive into their catalogue. 🌹
Haley inhabits any song she sings. Gets right into it. Try PMJ's 7 nation Army w/ her and pay attention not just to that siren like voice, but her movements. She looks and sounds like she really belonged to the '30s jazz scene in that. Incredible gal.
PMJ was on an off day during a European tour and so they did some filming. They did All About the Bass and then Haley sang this masterpiece in one take.
To get the full Haley Reinhart Jazz experience you should watch her singing "My Baby just cares for me" with Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitter Orchestra. ruclips.net/video/3ipXA9lJzc0/видео.html . Another cut from her that I think is remarkable is "Lay it down". Also all of the other songs suggested below. If she has had a bad performance I haven't heard it.
Great reaction . PMJ is totally unique . Another great PMJ song is a cover of Britney Pears "Toxic" with Melinda Doolittle. The arrangement is, IMHO, their finest effort and Ms. Doolittle is on fire. You don't have to do a formal review, but give a listen when you have a chance. I think you will be impressed . PMJ has a vast amount of songs that are fantastic. Again thanks for the reaction. Much love and respect from Texas.
Haley is just mesmerizing and a vocal master . Angelina Jordan , Haley Reinhart , Morgan James, and KZ Tandingan , are all at the top level of vocal mastery. They all bring something unique and special to the table.
PMJ fans will definitely be recommending Black Hole Sun & Seven Nations Army, and rightly so. They are both simply fantastic. One other I would highly recommend is watching Haley's duet with Jeff Goldblum (yes, the actor). It's a blast?
Excellent reaction to Haley singing Creep with PMJ. It's been a while now, perhaps time to revisit Haley and PMJ covering No Doubt's "Don't Speak" and/or Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass". Both are outstanding...and Haley's voice is showcased particularly in "Don't Speak", ... and Morgan James sings with her in "All About That Bass". I look forward to your reactions to Haley with PMJ in her many performances.
I look for new first reactions to Haley and PMJ just to watch the reactors jaws drop ... because they usually do. Never liked jazz much, but I like these guys. I suggest "Mad World" - PMJ Haley AND Puddles. Genius on several levels. Best wishes to all. G
Haley Reinhart and Morgan James are the primary leads (Morgan James doing Aerosmiths' Dream On is out of this "blanking" world), PMJ uses some other leads but these are the two primary and anything they do is killer...BTW they say Haley did this in one take!
Had the pleasure of seeing PMJ in concert a few times. Going again in October. Recommend checking out 'Dream On' with Morgan James as lead vocal, (or Take Me to Church). 'Crazy' with Casey Abrams and Hannah Gill. There's a few good ones with Von Smith on lead vocals too. Enjoy the PMJ rabbit hole 😁
Haley is beautifull woman, unique voice, control vocal, wow she's fenomeno. The pianist Scott Bradlee is created of genre musical Postmodern Jukebox. Sugestion: Haley Reinhart performs Vintage Postmodern Jukebox SEVEN NATION ARMY. Im brasilian, bye.
Haley is no stranger to rock, classic rock to be specific. She performed Led Zeppelin (with their special permission) on American Idol. She has played with Slash and Myles Kennedy and also Robbie Krieger of the Doors. Her parents have a rock band and she performed with them at a young age and one of my favorite videos of hers is with her father on guitar as she sings Can't Find My Way Home by Blind Faith.
"Can't find my way home" is an incredible bluesy performance by Jazz/Blues artist Haley about a year ago. Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/omtsHEs2g0w/видео.html
That spine tingling and goose pimple inducing cover of "Creep" you just reacted to stayed on the Billboard Digital Jazz Chart for 58 straight weeks. As Haley Reinhart is not only the best vocalist to have ever performed with PMJ, she is also the best thing to have ever happened to Scott Bradlee and PMJ. As prior to the time before Haley arrived on the scene, all PMJ ever played were cheap dives and tiny venues. Then after Haley arrived and quickly recorded several music videos that all went viral, suddenly PMJ found themselves filling coliseums and arenas. A few more spine tingling and goose pimple inducing must react to covers featuring Haley Reinhart and PMJ are "Seven Nation Army", "Don't Speak", Oops, I Did It Again", and "Habits". You react to those and your subscribers will love you. On the Mad World music video with Puddles the ugly clown, it's more about the performance than it is about the vocals. As frankly, there is nothing whatsoever vocally intriguing. Some people like it because of the performance. Nonetheless, personally, I would not recommend reacting to that one because it is rather lame in comparison to the previously recommended covers.
Even though PMJ seems like a novelty act, they're exceptional vocalists and musicians. Scott Bradlee is a genius with arrangements. You can literally pick any of their renditions of popular songs and actually like them better than the originals. Morgan James doing Maps or DREAM ON, Robyn Adele Anderson doing We Can't Stop, Ariana Savalas doing I'm A Bad Guy, you can help but love what PMJ does and how they do it.
also what is even more impressive is that this masterpiece was actually completed in one take with a tired voice and all but one of the postmodern jukebox covers are done live with no auto-tune, etc more info below here is the history of "creep" one take from scott bradlee (the creator and pianist from postmodern jukebox): ruclips.net/video/MskKSH1Kf4U/видео.html. here is additional history on haley and "creep" from #1 fan haleyTusk (even has a color pic of her from that day): ruclips.net/video/eVASTaIoTYw/видео.html
@Tauri -- Here's a non-metal metal suggestion for another non-metal artist monday reaction, now that you've had a taste of PMJ. "Closer - '70s Funk Nine Inch Nails Cover ft. Kenton Chen" :-)
Interesting, on AGT Haley went for mainly loud, high energy performances, and yet I much prefer this style and tempo from Haley, really shows off her pure voice control.
I have watched this dozens of times and I started laughing watching your reaction Haley is unbelievable talent , if you enjoy this try PMJ ,, don't speak featuring Haley
Do you know who Jessica Rabbit is? You need to check out Post Modern Jukebox featuring Haley Reinhart doing Seven Nation Army, {White Stripes}, with Haley going full blown Jessica Rabbit. PMJ and Scott Bradlee, {founder/leader|, are known for taking modern pop and rock songs and giving them a 30's, 40's, 50's era sound.
Great reaction. Voted for Haley to win American Idol way back when, but was very disappointed at coming in #3. She still has been keeping very busy since and has made a few performances on PMJ besides this amazing performance. There is a video on RUclips, showing all her performances on American Idol to see where she started, link ruclips.net/video/KgBZgm8t5Dw/видео.html. Following a list of the songs from that video, 0:00:00 Fallin' (Alicia Keys) 0:02:03 Blue (LeAnn Rimes) 0:03:52 I'm Your Baby Tonight (Whitney Houston) 0:05:55 You've Really Got a Hold on Me (Smokey Robinson / The Miracles) 0:07:56 Bennie and the Jets (Elton John) 0:10:04 Piece of My Heart (Janis Joplin / Big Brother and the Holding Company) 0:12:15 Call Me (Blondie) 0:14:22 Moanin' - Duet with Casey Abrams (Art Blakey) 0:16:35 Rolling in the Deep (Adele) 0:18:44 Beautiful (Carole King) 0:21:05 I Feel the Earth Move - Duet with Casey Abrams (Carole King & James Taylor) 0:23:27 Yoü and I (Lady Gaga) 0:25:25 The House of the Rising Sun (The Animals) 0:27:41 Earth Song (Michael Jackson) 0:30:06 I (Who Have Nothing) - (Ben E. King) 0:32:16 Gunpowder & Lead - Duet with Lauren Alaina (Miranda Lambert) 0:34:37 What Is and What Should Never Be - Harry Reinhart on guitar (Led Zeppelin) 0:37:15 Rhiannon (Fleetwood Mac) 0:39:52 You Oughta Know (Alanis Morissette) 0:42:14 Bennie and the Jets (Elton John) 0:44:38 Steppin' Out with My Baby - Duet with Tony Bennett (Tony Bennett)
Had American Idol only permitted one vote per individual voting, as opposed to almost unlimited power voting at the time, Haley Reinhart would have easily won the show in a landslide, as opposed to getting ripped off. Meanwhile, the only reason why Haley isn't a mega star today is because for years already, she has been turning down every big major record label repeatedly.
instruments include drum kit .. but you will rarely see the drums in PMJ .. something of a hallmark Did you say jazz? Another amazing singer w/ a jazz flavor; Angelina Jordan singing "I Put a Spell on You" (B&W version) or "Feeling Good", "Live on the Stream Gir Tilbake" or "My Funny Valentine" (ruclips.net/video/bWiLOnHJYxg/видео.html)
It's a strange choice, but try reacting to the Extra Gum commercial ( ruclips.net/video/NemtQx0m0Ss/видео.html ). This is a touching two-minute silent love story with an audio track consisting of Haley singing a stunning cover of Elvis' "Can't Help Falling in Love." In addition to the commercial, there's a longer video ( ruclips.net/video/_uNpEbt7w_o/видео.html ) that mixes clips from the studio recording session with the commercial.
listen to there version of all that bass,,,post modern makes me like music i didn't care for,,,,also any thing by puddles just forget he;s a 6 foot plus clown
if she had sung this - like this- in a jazz club back in the day she would have been booked for the rest of her life...this was amazing

This song and Heroes are my favorite covers.
Listening to Haley Reinhart reminds me like listening Jessica Rabitt everytime. (and she nearly looked like her when she did Seven nation army)

Haley Reinhart's song, Free, is wonderful. She started as a audition on USA X factor I think
My understanding is this was the one and only take as she was tires from having performed a ton prior. Amazing.

also what is even more impressive is that this masterpiece was actually completed in one take with a tired voice and all but one of the postmodern jukebox covers are done live with no auto-tune, etc more info below
here is the history of "creep" one take from scott bradlee (the creator and pianist from postmodern jukebox): ruclips.net/video/MskKSH1Kf4U/видео.html.
here is additional history on haley and "creep" from #1 fan haleyTusk (even has a color pic of her from that day): ruclips.net/video/eVASTaIoTYw/видео.html
this was done in the first take as well
@Tauri -- Here's a non-metal metal suggestion for another non-metal artist monday reaction, now that you've had a taste of PMJ.
"Closer - '70s Funk Nine Inch Nails Cover ft. Kenton Chen"
:-)
Your sweet madam..i am subscribe your Chanel ..from indonesia
👍 Thumbs up all! Thank you 💜 Greetings Nightwish army Finland 🤘 𝓜𝓾𝓼𝓽𝓪 𝓛𝓪𝓪𝓽𝓽𝓪... btw, she looks like Woman not like a Twiggy...
Interesting, on AGT Haley went for mainly loud, high energy performances, and yet I much prefer this style and tempo from Haley, really shows off her pure voice control.
I have watched this dozens of times and I started laughing watching your reaction Haley is unbelievable talent , if you enjoy this try PMJ ,, don't speak featuring Haley
welcome to the PMJ Rabbitt Hole!!
React to Seven Nation Army Please
"I see a saxophone, a trumpet, a cello, and a piano"
"no, it's not a pomegranate. try again, what do you think it is?"
I don't know my fruits!

First offz you are truly a stunningly beautiful and adorable woman
Please react to more Haley! Thank you
Wondering how Radiohead likes someone else owning this song.
Following a list of the songs from that video,
0:00:00 Fallin' (Alicia Keys)
0:02:03 Blue (LeAnn Rimes)
0:03:52 I'm Your Baby Tonight (Whitney Houston)
0:05:55 You've Really Got a Hold on Me (Smokey Robinson / The Miracles)
0:07:56 Bennie and the Jets (Elton John)
0:10:04 Piece of My Heart (Janis Joplin / Big Brother and the Holding Company)
0:12:15 Call Me (Blondie)
0:14:22 Moanin' - Duet with Casey Abrams (Art Blakey)
0:16:35 Rolling in the Deep (Adele)
0:18:44 Beautiful (Carole King)
0:21:05 I Feel the Earth Move - Duet with Casey Abrams (Carole King & James Taylor)
0:23:27 Yoü and I (Lady Gaga)
0:25:25 The House of the Rising Sun (The Animals)
0:27:41 Earth Song (Michael Jackson)
0:30:06 I (Who Have Nothing) - (Ben E. King)
0:32:16 Gunpowder & Lead - Duet with Lauren Alaina (Miranda Lambert)
0:34:37 What Is and What Should Never Be - Harry Reinhart on guitar (Led Zeppelin)
0:37:15 Rhiannon (Fleetwood Mac)
0:39:52 You Oughta Know (Alanis Morissette)
0:42:14 Bennie and the Jets (Elton John)
0:44:38 Steppin' Out with My Baby - Duet with Tony Bennett (Tony Bennett)
Had American Idol only permitted one vote per individual voting, as opposed to almost unlimited power voting at the time, Haley Reinhart would have easily won the show in a landslide, as opposed to getting ripped off.
Meanwhile, the only reason why Haley isn't a mega star today is because for years already, she has been turning down every big major record label repeatedly.
"I want a perfect body" - sings the woman with the shape of an hourglass.
Check out some Aurora, she is amazing.
Haley is the only singer that Elizabeth (charismatic voice) call a vocal hero. Elizabeth loves Haley because of all her different vocal inspections.
Oh, i didn't knwo that. Nice ;)
But i know she loves her :)
instruments include drum kit .. but you will rarely see the drums in PMJ .. something of a hallmark
Did you say jazz? Another amazing singer w/ a jazz flavor; Angelina Jordan singing "I Put a Spell on You" (B&W version) or "Feeling Good", "Live on the Stream Gir Tilbake" or "My Funny Valentine" (ruclips.net/video/bWiLOnHJYxg/видео.html)
late to your channel TCV sent me. Please have some fun and do Michael Bublé singing the Spiderman song
I guess you're done with PMJ, too bad. You're fun to watch...
Not at all.
It's a stand up base
listen to there version of all that bass,,,post modern makes me like music i didn't care for,,,,also any thing by puddles just forget he;s a 6 foot plus clown
Did you say chattey at the beginning? It's a song silly
It's not a cello
What ever you do, please skip the puddles the clown video. There is a gimmick in it but the vocals are pretty damn lame if you ask me.
