Or have it on the side and have people decide if they want to eat the meat separately or break it up in the gravy. The gravy is made with the left over fat from cooking the sausage/bacon, flour, then milk. Add salt and pepper. Then youre supposed to break up the biscuits and pour the gravy over the top. This video just made sandwiches. It's not truly biscuits and gravy since it wasn't smothered in the gravy.

Then the biscuits should be cut in half and the gravy literally poured on top. IF I CAN SEE THE BISCUT, YOU'RE DOING WRONG.
