Too many in Jamaica want to feast everyday without doing the work today to feast tomorrow and so many fall victim to criminal enterprise. Victims in this context doesn't mean immediate harm but employment and exploitation by the criminals until they're not useful or nolonger needed then grievances start to bubble. Joining any criminal element no matter how simple is a pact with harm/death and that extends to family friends and now community.
None but ourselves can free our minds! Speaking with some of these nowadays parents, I realize that many of the youths aren't getting the proper mental training that they need for a better future. Regular working is a thing of the past for many. The Gov't has tried its best with the resources available to help the youths. However, if crime is what they want, then crime is what they get. What can the Gov't do but to respond to the crimes and violence with the strong arms of the law?

Go to the satellite imagery find out what type of car was there and time and do your tracking from there and you can do it by phone tracking the government acting like they don't know how to get information on the public.
