After concluding GTA III for about the 150th time in the 14 years I've been playing it, I can honestly say that in the terms of difficulty (Especially if you're attempting to get 100% without cheats) it makes GTA V look like a kid's game. Today's young generation will never know the struggle of riding through districts and then five seconds later getting instantly blown up by the Mafia wielding shotguns or the Colombian Cartel with AK-47s. Not to mention the rampages with one in particular located Shoreside Vale where you have to snipe 20 Cartel members in the head. When I played I couldn't reach them so I jumped down from the vantage point only to get instantly wasted by 30 at least that spawned at the bottom waiting for me. It was absolutely insanity.

When this trailer came out 20 years ago, me and my brother were absolutely blown away. After watching the trailer again just now, I’m starting to remember why. This was like nothing we’d ever seen before.
I just heard the song from this used in a cooking video on Tiktok, and immediately came here to watch the original trailer. If that’s not a core memory, then I don’t know what is.
2001 I was 11 years old when this came out. There was nothing like this, open world gaming was a whole new concept. This was as revolutionary as Mario 64 or Ocarina of Time, it's the game that got me into GTA - still my nostalgic favorite !

I remember GTA 3 I played with my uncle or during his presents since yea it was very violent sometimes when he went out i sneeked into his room and start the game myself he did figure out i was playing at first he got mad since my parents told him not to allow it but after couple of times he told me he wont tell my parents but in favor i would have to play the game as on my own save progress and not to mess with his. But still to this day I play every gta and shooting, fps and I got my little cousin on to gta series too because it was generation to generation. He was like 5 when I interduce him to GTA SA for first time in 2010. since his mom also didnt want him to play it so I showed him modding and stuff and he felt in love with it. Only thing he learned were bad words lol but atleast we aint english so it wasnt much of a deal. To this day we play it together and show eachother mods we putted into the game. As for VC I got into it by pirate version when one of my family friends showed me it at first i still loved gta 3 the most and I didnt love 80s and retro style but as i grow older I started to love it and to this day I still love it but my still first love is gta 3

GTA6 trailer just announced so I showed this trailer to my 10 year old who wasn’t even thought of yet when the GTA5 trailer dropped. 😤😤😂
GTA 3 is an important piece of gaming history
Happy 20th birthday GTA 3
When this trailer came out 20 years ago, me and my brother were absolutely blown away. After watching the trailer again just now, I’m starting to remember why. This was like nothing we’d ever seen before.
When this video was posted on RUclips this game was only 5 years old 😬.
I just heard the song from this used in a cooking video on Tiktok, and immediately came here to watch the original trailer. If that’s not a core memory, then I don’t know what is.
The remaster is on the way BOYS
Just saw GTA trilogy remastered official trailer and i searched for this😛😊
Man I can’t believe this childhood game
Been more than 10 years, feeling still the same :)
No lie, the first time i saw that end scene with the car hitting the jump with the music going on, is one of the greatest moments of my life.
Can’t wait till this game come out

I remember this commercial like crazy .. so glad my mom got me this for Christmas bacc then . I was in 5th grade that year
And now a Trilogy Edition but this will always be stuck in my head.
2001 I was 11 years old when this came out. There was nothing like this, open world gaming was a whole new concept. This was as revolutionary as Mario 64 or Ocarina of Time, it's the game that got me into GTA - still my nostalgic favorite !
This is why these kids shooting schools up now you wasn't supposed to be playing lmao.Imagine if you don't have any direction growing up now that your an adult
@@ochosigod5417 Except I didnt grow up in America... Turned out just fine as a teacher now at 33
@@DutchBondFan you never answered the question.good for you but you had direction from your parents. Some kids don't have that.Kids shouldn't be allowed to play this at all.
@@ochosigod5417 well I remember i was not fully 5 years old..it was close to my 5th birthday. I remember I played it first on my uncle's pc and I never turned bad lol..ik when GTA SA was out i wanted to play it but my parents (specially my dad didnt want me to buy it or anything linked to killing cops, robbing, shooting in general) despite I was like 8.5 when SA camed out.
@@ochosigod5417 It has an age rating for a reason. M for mature. It's bad parenting not the other way round ffs
Other GTA games: Light hearted and brutal sometimes
GTA 3: Very dark and serious
gta 4 is more dark and serious.
