    Caramelized Cream Mushroom 奶油浆蘑菇

    Mushroom 450 Grams | 450克 蘑菇
    Garlic 3 Cloves | 3粒 蒜頭
    35% Cream 300ml | 300毫升 35% 奶油
    Butter 1 Teaspoon | 1茶匙 牛油
    Dry Basil | 羅勒幹
    Salt | 鹽
    Black Pepper | 黑胡椒
    Step 1
    Mushroom 450 Grams, Cut mushroom into halves
    蘑菇 450克 將蘑菇切成兩半
    Step 2
    Garlic 3 Cloves, Cut garlic into slices

    Step 3
    Butter 1 Teaspoon, Turn heat to medium high
