Caramelized Cream Mushroom 奶油浆蘑菇
Ingredients Qty|數量 配料
Mushroom 450 Grams | 450克 蘑菇
Garlic 3 Cloves | 3粒 蒜頭
35% Cream 300ml | 300毫升 35% 奶油
Butter 1 Teaspoon | 1茶匙 牛油
Dry Basil | 羅勒幹
Salt | 鹽
Black Pepper | 黑胡椒
Step 1
Mushroom 450 Grams, Cut mushroom into halves
蘑菇 450克 將蘑菇切成兩半
Step 2
Garlic 3 Cloves, Cut garlic into slices
蒜頭 3粒 將蒜頭切成薄片
Step 3
Butter 1 Teaspoon, Turn heat to medium high
牛油 1茶匙 開火到中高

Garlic 3 Cloves, Add sliced garlics into pan

Mushroom 450 Grams, Add mushrooms into pan

When mushrooms are cooked set aside

Boil cream till caramelized

Add mushrooms back into pan

Salt, A pinch or 2 of salt to your liking
