HOW TO MAKE GHANA'S FAVORITE KONTOMIRE (COCOYAM LEAVES) STEW

Kontomire stew is enjoyed in Ghana with boiled yam, rice, gari, banku... to mention a few..
It's made with cocoyam leaves and is consumed by a wide range of cultures
