Of course it’s rigged. New York was caught recently by having the same numbers for pick 5 come out twice in the same day. Their excuse was it was a coincidence. But then the odds are one in multi billions of chances.

I'm from Ohio and didn't play because it is rigged! California won almost ALL the billion pots and that's seems fishy! I do play scratchoffs and win OK but avoid all draw games because lottery can control what they wish to come out and keep payouts in order!

Seems odd that 4 one billion dollar ticket all hit only in California considering how many states play the powerball.

Wow. What a shocker. Seems to be the norm around here. Usually in California is where it always seems to show up. Never in a state where someone could actually need it. (Yes I know that sounds like slightly crass, but just irritated on seeing happen in the bigger states and not smaller ones. Just one of those many disappointed...😕

@@1VAHNFANEL that makes good sense, but at the same time mega millions reached the billions 5 times by different states, Illinois, Maine, South Carolina, Michigan and Florida. Two of them are poor states. It doesn't mean it's not rigged though.
