That wealth parading (false or plundered, most rich people who earn their money through hard work usually do not flash it like that) is the model many African children and young adults have these days. You ask them "what do you want to be" and most answer "rich". They copy their elders and leaders, and if the hype is to flash wealth, cars, designer clothes, shoes and accessories, etc, that would be what they want for their future, at all costs. That just hints a difficult future for these children.

This is what everyone says, when a wealthy criminal gets caught. The thing is, scammers such as Hush puppi are highly intelligent, hardworking and persistent. If they applied their intelligence to an honorable career they would attain the success and wealth they are looking for. Of course it may not be to this magnitude. However I can understand as a fellow Nigerian that they are are in a country that does not provide upward mobility, there is little room for success(unless you’re from a wealthy family), and a government that treats it’s citizens like animals. You get treated like an animal long enough, you start behaving like one.

The irony in this statement.. I believe his choice to publicize ill-gotten wealth on the internet and the greed that eventually got him "Busted" is enough proof to show he wasn't that intelligent.. There are Yahoo boys now with more money than Jail-Puppy and DON'T have IG accounts or Facebook.. And no one knows their name.. That's intelligence
