Nothing tracked on flight radar for that time.
The white dot centre screen is not a planet it is light flair from a street light.

It's a lens flare from the light from the car driving past. Rotate the video 180 degrees and overlay it on top, it will line up with the car light

The flashes look to be refractions of the vehicle's headlights that is passing across the bottom of the screen at the same time. The refraction appears upside down and on on the opposite side of the screen due to the camera's lens being convex. If you watch carefully, the flash in the sky disappears when the vehicle's headlights disappear, and reappear at the same time.

Could be, I seen one with my Dad in remote West Australia in 2013, it appeared right in front of us then flew across the sky and vanished.

I love a good spaceship but im actually wondering if its a lightsource reflecting within the camera itself. It looks like a headlight on a bike that emerges from behind something, travels in sight for a time then passes behind something again for a moment then back into line of sight then goes off behind another obstacle. So im thinking comes from behind building passes behind a standing vehicle then disappears for good behind another building
