  • At Exeger, we reinvented the solar cell to be more efficient, durable and attractive to power devices people use every day. Inspired by nature, Powerfoyle mimics photosynthesis by converting both indoor and outdoor light into electricity.
The breakthrough innovation making Powerfoyle a superior technology is a completely new material with 1000 times lower resistance than the conducting layer typically found in any flexible solar cell. That means much larger cells can be produced without needing the current collectors seen in all other solar cells, making Powerfoyle the most customizable solar cell on the market.
Powerfoyle can be optimized to different light levels by combining different light-absorbing dye and electrolyte in the cell. Doing so will ensure that maximum power output is generated to match the typical light levels for a particular device. This can mean that you never have to charge your device again. Just endless, clean energy.

That's not the relevant question. High power solar cells already exist for direct sunlight harvesting. This is (I hope) a solar cell that can charge low energy devices without direct sunlight. Think the strap on a smartwatch.
