@@thisunchartedworld not noon, I will not go there in noon certainly 😂it's good in lately afternoon, after 16.30 pm. and walk there 1-3 hours, and after18.00 pm the weather and lighting better than 9.00-10.00 am And more people in lately afternoon.especially before Covid19, they will have tree shops on the main road of the market and clothes shop on the street too.

I really hope Manila will have the same progress as Bangkok, clean and organized without the process of demolishing neighborhoods into business parks condos and malls. The progress in Manila right now is very elitist in nature and does not leave any room for the informal sector to thrive, very opposite to Bangkok.
might want to wear slighthly looser and little better covering clothes like a t shirt / crop top and shorts , look around at wat the locals wear wat youre wearing is looking verry sexy and all that but people might think wrongly about you walking around like that , its kindah like walking around in a bikini for them
