For DA's: half the amount of stat you are gaining from fams as they are considered "equips" You can also use the calculation: (In-game Total Stat - % Value Not Applied) / [1 + (% Value/100)] to calculate for your missing +stat. ye its been noted that custom titles havent been properly adding your stat values in the new character ui
