I think the main reason why Ga-On (Jinyoung) is suspicious of Kang Yo Han is because his old professor and mentor, who is the chief of justice by the way, recruted him to keep and eye on Kang Yo Han, who he thinks is wolf in sheeps clothing. That he is in fact not acting like a judge, but like a politician, that he's using the turbalance of the country to benefit himself and that he will use the stage of the live court room to perhaps position himself as president (all of this was said in ep1, when the mentor showed Ga-On "the temple of justice"). So that's why Ga-On is on high alert right from the get go. And I mean when you think of the flashback from shoool, Kang Yo Han does seem to relish in turmoil. Devide and conquer. So the mentor may not be completly off? 🤔 I kinda hate myself for agreeing with Kang Yo Han that justice is a game. It shouldn't be, but it really is. Which is why it was interesting to hear you go from talking about how unjust the system is, that the privelleged by their privellege alone is able to rig the system, to not one minute later actually siding with Kang Yo Han using *his* power and privellege to stack the deck, so he can ensure the outcome of the trial. So just because we agree with Kang Yo Han's intention, it's okey for him to cheat the system, but if it's someone we don't agree with, it's not? ⚖ That moral compass the lady cop has doesn't seem to be working all around LOL 😅 PS. I won't comment on whether or not this is actually a BL or not, because no matter what I say, I think it will be a spoiler. But suffice to say, that there are many types of loves being portrayed - you just sit back and try to keep up 💞
No! It's not Yohan's family who bankrupted Kim's family you will see as the series continues. Yohan was just telling him that his father was a loanshark, and yes it's a bl bromance
I love this show so much! The mystery of it, the music and acting are impecable! And ofc the chemistry and development of the main characters; the contrast between Gaon following rules, believing in the system while Yohan sees only corruption, thinks the end justifies the means. Also during their dinner together Yohan said he likes to "hunt", I don't think he meant animals haha
Guys, just a few points of note that you may have misunderstood. GaOn's parents weren't frauds. They were victims of a loan shark. Also, when Yohan is talking about fangs and incisors, he isn't talking about the boar (which was the prey in that situation), he is talking about hunters (himself and humans and hunting animals in general).
As a person who has watched this several times since it first came out. Yes, a lot of people actually have seen clips of this series on RUclips and have thought that it would. It was ABL because of Yohan and Gaon, but it's not
