I think it comes down to AI pathing. Some of the Berserkers walked away whereas the Chinese can stand and fight without having pathing issues.

Agreed, Berserks are holding up very well. Strong enough to go toe to toe with most other infantry, fast enough to catch archers, and they are quite damaging towards cavalry as well. Very well rounded unit.

@@saffron5802 Berserk is faster than foot archers but it isn't enough. Archers still kill Berserks with hit and run. Main power of Berserk is that it kill cavalry and goes decent against other infantries.
