I have been meditating my entire life on accident staying alert and conscious while I'm sleeping. I've done hundreds of guided meditation sessions, but none of them have ever worked for me like yours do. I actually see images, I see full faces, I see the guiding light. I have always been a great artist but never had a great imagination, which has made this a little more difficult for me, but your meditations have worked wonders on me. Thank you.

So grateful for your meditation. I wasn’t sure if I could quantum leap but surely did. Usually I fall asleep before the end of a sleep meditation, but the combination of your sweet voice and the wonderful journey I turned off the headphones and had a wonderful restorative 💤 and woke up 😃
This one was really nice until last few secs when there was suddenly your voice interrupting deep sleep. It woke me up twice on two different occasions. Would have been better not to use the voice at the end and just end with soothing music.

More than half of this meditation is pure music for sleep. You must have fallen asleep way before that 😴😃
