    I've been watching you for damn near 10 years. You were one of the main contributors to my strength training. I'm looking forwards to your fight... even if you lose, you have been an inspiration to thousands, including myself. I love seeing that your still breathing strong and advancing with no limits. 25 years old, thank you Dominik sky

    Perfect , perfect ,!please do more of these fundamental sessions when you have time, my question is elbows in or out for medium width push ups? Cause a trainer told me elbows in and push ups went from 50 to zero. Yes they are tricep pushups but is the other way incorrect? Thanks N

    • @bradycharles9571
      @bradycharles9571 5 месяцев назад +2

      Elbows should be tucked slightly so there isn't a 90 degree at the shoulder even in wide pushups. The concern is stretching the shoulder joint too much on the eccentric (way down). Tucking the Elbows slightly keeps your shoulders safe. You are right about the different muscle recruitment with wider pushups being more chest dominant (you get a greater stretch on the pecs) and elbows tucked in tight being more tricep dominant.

    Hey im on a PPL routine from one of your vids. Its a two day split. Often i feel burnt out in the middle of the week and ready for a deload week. Should i immediately hop into the deload or persevere through the rest of the week and do a deload next week. I been feeling like shit. Energy is low etc.
