Window Jumps video made me wanna fly but it was your beginner to advanced press / pull that pushed my focus to calisthenics. I'm a fighter originally, I love it too much to stop but your videos showed me an equally fun path to take man thank you. Love the fight keep it up.

Dear Dominic, I can’t believe you want to do 🥊! You are a brilliant trainer- I live in NY, wish I could meet you- still trying for my close grip pull-up, although haven’t trained since before Covid. I’m a 69 year old grandma , a big fan , watched every video, brilliant. congrats sensei Dom!! you looked great out there. You looked well conditioned verse your opponent, he definitely was getting far more winded and tired then you were earlier on. So keep up the stamina conditioning and you definitely can make sure to overpower you opponent in the 2nd to 3rd round when they have less stamina and reaction time compared to your own. I look forward to seeing your next match. GO GET EM!

Dominik, as a life long martial artist, I can attest that you have by far better fight IQ and understanding of positioning than most amateurs and some pro's. You being able to engage and disengage whenever you please, and breaking your opponent's base with jabs and feints was beautiful. Also your opponent rythm stepped alot (Look up Coach Barry Robinson), and you kept your base, which impressive, stuck to the FUN-dementals! One thing I'd say though, i'm sure you saw it too, keep your hands up when you're in the red-zone (aka in the pocket/50-50), otherwise great job! and I hope to see you more of your martial arts journey.

I'd recommend in MMA going into 185lbs Weight class. Boxing will be extremely hard at Cruiserweight, you will be a pretty small Cruiser regardless of weight when you get to international tournaments. Everyone is 6'2 + or huge at a bar minimum there. Very lanky guys even at a amateur level.
Boxing is one of the toughest sports... Respect 🔥

You fought great in my opinion! If I can give one piece of advice, I think you should follow up with some more punches when you get a (semi)succesfull hit on your opponent.

Very good first match. you had a superior conditioning and that is mostly the deciding factor win amateur matches. You do have some power, but you are little bit tight, you will loosen up. i also want to have a match, but i am not as strong as you nor do i have a good cardio.

I think your mental and physical ability won you that fight. The other dude was more relaxed and natural but his mental let him down almost as much as his endurance. Your head is too high up and you don't cover your head with your hands enough! Also your jab could have more power. I mean you could utilize your jab with mor weight in it and not only to feint and touch.
Congrats on the win though since I'm saying all that from my couch^^ just my simple analysis. I like to analyse things when it comes to martial arts heh keep it up! U the man!

I just needed to ask you how much did your strength and conditioning for boxing revolve around push ups?
And did you experience any lack of strength due to the most of the focus being on endurance style training?
I may be wrong but push ups are key for shoulder endurance for most boxing coaches.
Why was your left hand so low, even in deffense? But for the fist fight congratulations.. not bad
How much cardio did you do leading up to this fight?
