Happy for you dude! Cessna 172 with G1000 is a great plane for you to get current again. This video is great for older pilots who haven’t flown in a long time and unsure how to get back into it. Choosing the right school, medical process, choosing the right plane, etc can be confusing. Keep the blue side up 🤙✈️ Adan

Thank you for this video and for what you're pursing! It's been 30 years for me since flying! I'll be 66 this month (Sept), and I have around 500 hours with 200 of those being multi-engine. I'm a Private Pilot but want to get my instrument and commercial ratings. All the best!!

Great information, hoping could get your re-certification again soon, and be able to fly ride with you someday. Thanks for sharing.

I am novice, I took a discovery flight for my 63rd birthday. And is wondering , am I to old to learn how to fly? If I am not, do I persue the light sports or private pilot license?

Light sports is fine if you just want to fly for fun and under limited conditions, a Private license will give you more freedom and flexibility and is more money. Either one is fine.
