Regular exercise and SAZ DS made my life normal. There is no pain in my body. I have seasonal fruits every morning, avoid street food, and don't consume too much sugar. Alcohol and sugar are not for AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis) warriors. Be positive, be happy, as stress isn't good for us. After waking up, do some exercise. I had lost hope in life but now I am leaving happily. Accept it and find happiness in it. Everything will be fine.
I took infliximab biologic once in 2021 and after that I couldn't continue that. Now I take indomethacin 25mg pill daily once and stay active. Pain is undercontrol or almost no pain. But if I miss that pill for 1-2 day then pain and stiffness starts again. My AS was diagnosed in 2006

Sir my earlier symptoms were "Stiffness, sharp pain in morning and evening in lower spine and difficulty while sleeping" and get "relaxed with movements" and this symptoms were only for intaial 4-5 months of pain....... But Now it has changed I have consistent pain in my lower back but it not a sharp pain and also mild but it gets worse by sitting for prolonged period of time (i am student and i have to sitt a lot) That consistant pain is really distubing and depressive. Please doctor answer🙏 Sir, I am on adalimumab since 2 years this jan 2024 I got lymph node TB 18mm and after ATT treatment of 9months it got reduced to 15mm as shown in CT scan. ATT will continue for 3-6 more months as my doc said I had to leave taking biologic in jan 2024 but by the time of may 2024 my pain was very high ESR AND CRP were around 60-70 so doctor advised me to continue adalimumab along with TB treatment which is still going on. (Since saazo, retoz dont work on me much) with adalimumab I get 95% pain relief Am i safe? Will my tb get cure fully? Was taking biologic with ATT safe decision?

The dose of intercept is weekly. You are able to manage with once in 3 weeks. If possible take it at least once in two weeks. Conform about fusion in the neck with your rheumatologist.

Suruyansh dont do vigorous exercises like running, slowly slowly you increase your exercises. Now you consult, dr may revise your medication, take rest and you will get improvement. I am also having AS.
Respected sir I was in complete remission after taking saaz ds and regular exercise, but 2 month ago I was committed in a byke accident and my clavicle fracture surgery was taken place. After that I am not in a position of doing exercises regularly. My stiffness comes back now. What to do sir?

Sir, I am on adalimumab since 2 years this jan 2024 I got lymph node TB 18mm and after ATT treatment of 9months it got reduced to 15mm as shown in CT scan. ATT will continue for 3-6 more months as my doc said
I had to leave taking biologic in jan 2024 but by the time of may 2024 my pain was very high ESR AND CRP were around 60-70 so doctor advised me to continue adalimumab along with TB treatment which is still going on. (Since saazo, retoz dont work on me much) with adalimumab I get 95% pain relief
Am i safe? Will my tb get cure fully? Was taking biologic with ATT safe decision?

The dose of intercept is weekly. You are able to manage with once in 3 weeks. If possible take it at least once in two weeks. Conform about fusion in the neck with your rheumatologist.

Hi sir really love your video your video are just absolutely awesome, sir I was taking 5mg tofacitinit for past 8 months and my AS went into remission I was exercising daily but the suddenly I started running, now my AS flare is back for almost 2 months there’s immense pain and life is really stressful now(bcs of work) I’ve been taking medrol now along with Etogeaic. Suruyansh dont do vigorous exercises like running, slowly slowly you increase your exercises. Now you consult, dr may revise your medication, take rest and you will get improvement. I am also having AS.
