Absolute disaster of a coaching job. But at least Saleh was smiling on the sideline when we were down 27 - 0 as fans were furious again BUT these coaches have no emotional attachment to the team like fans do. Rodgers and Garrett show more emotion but Saleh and Joe D... all is good 🤬
O-line was disgusting. Really bad today, really bad. Can't even evaluate the play because they were so bad. And they weren't that good against Texans.

I find it so strange that after almost 3 years the media and fan base are realizing that Zach isn’t the primary problem with this team. The construction of the offense has been fatally flawed this whole time
After 3 years as the HC, Saleh has a 3-14 record against his AFC division teams. When the Patriots sweep him again for a 3rd time in a few weeks (how can anyone predict otherwise) he will have a 3 -15 AFC East record. How can he continue to be employed as a HC?
I noticed this from season 1 … They just collected players; and threw ZW into the ocean and assumed he’d just learn to swim be an NFL QB just because he’s playing in the NFL. They totally misread the QB they drafted. The kid literally needed to sit and learn the position because he only spent 2 seasons in college with a lower tier conference. The abuse from the majority of Jets fans really shocked me; ZW was definitely drafted to the wrong team.
I said it last week& I'll say it again, questioned the hiring of Saleh 3 seasons ago& should be fired. A record of 17-48, let's get real Jets fans. Life-long Jets fan from Oklahoma, where's Rex Ryan when you need em' ?

Coaching and the O-line have been the top two issues. Zach was supposed to struggle at least the first two seasons given how long he was in college and the fact that he played football in a weaker college conference. He needed to sit and learn for 1-2 seasons. Neither Saleh nor Douglas read ZW right. But I still think he’sll be good elsewhere.

And then what? ZW is a byproduct of both JD and Saleh’s failures … They never really placed ZW in a position to develop properly and win. You don’t take a 2 year college QB from BYU and expect him to hit the ground running and be solid even by year 2 without the proper grooming and offense.

Imagine Saleh gave a brutally honest assessment of himself and the Dolphins game? It would sound like this: " I think the team quit on me. Or, they just don't respond to me. I'm probably the problem. I don't see my coaching abilities as part of the solution, that's for sure. If i'm not fired, I will resign. I need to put the team first.And the fans"
I know nobody likes to hear it, but this is for the best... Let's get the highest 1st rounder we can get, let's draft nothing but O-Line, let's sign the best O-Lineman we can in Free Agency, and let's make some hard trades for good offensive lineman, even trade Huff if we have to. We have one main thing to concentrate on in the offseason OFFENSIVE LINE, let's do that and sign Mike Evans and get ready for a Superbowl run in just 8 months... GO JETS.

The smart move would be to take our high first-rounder and trade down a few spots for more picks. Maybe the 2nd rounder we gave up for Rodgers. And make the first 3 picks O line. You can never trade for O lineman, because they are treasured. But you can find some FA O linemen who their current franchise doesn't want to pay. I'm talking Kevin Mawae/future HOF material, not Laken Swiss Cheese Tomlinson.
1:13 he says "they fought their tails off, I thought they played hard". Translation, my team still was trying, so please don't compare me to Brandon Staley for a team that quit on me. Even though Brandon Staley was hired at the same time as Saleh, and got fired with a .500 winning percentage, and Saleh isn't worried about his job with a .333 winning %, and possibly his third straight 10 loss season. In a word, Saleh.....you stink.
To be fair, Brandon Staley had Justin Herbert at the most important position in sports and Saleh had an extremely raw Zach Wilson and an assortment of palookas.
Joe Douglas not making a move before the trade deadline to even attempt to improve the position to give a win-now roster a chance is one of the strangest football decisions I’ve ever seen. That to me was a signal that one side of the organization (management) was either ready to throw in the towel or simply was incapable of realistically evaluating the situation after Rodgers went down. And neither of those is acceptable.

A competent organization would have already fired Saleh so we wouldn't have to listen to these pathetic press conferences. This coach is putting players in harm's way with his inability to prepare the offense, and Hackett is completely exposed as a terrible OC. Matt Lafleur called the plays in Greenbay; just look at AR8 shaking his head on the sidelines every time a play is called.
